AVATAR

Avatar, a 2009 film, took place on a distant planet called Pandora in the year 2154.
During the film, the protagonist’s mission is to gain inside information concerning the indigenous Na’vi in order for the humans to infiltrate the
Na’vi community.
Avatar, considered to be one of the most revolutionary films in the science fiction industry , is known for its breathtaking quality, advanced plot,
and numerous elements of science.
Avatar focuses on the significance and preservation of nature on a distant planet known as Pandora. Pandora is populated with human-like
creatures known as the Na’vi.

interplanetary spaceflight that is travel between planets within a single planetary system. They created 3-D printing and holography mapping.
The astronauts are aided in their quest by a for every hour spent on the exoplanet's

INTERSTELLAR

Interstellar is a 2014 British-American epic science fiction film co-written, directed and produced by Christopher Nolan.
the film depicts it, for every hour spent on the exoplanet's surface, seven years elapse on Earth.
One of the alien planets depicted in the film, for example, is a water world featuring mysterious gigantic waves, while another is a
frigid realm whose clouds are frozen solid. These worlds are gorgeously rendered, as are the many spaceflight sequences throughout
the movie.
BLACK PANTHER

Black Panther is a 2018 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character
the Wakandans use the vibranium to develop advanced technology and isolate themselves from the world by posing as a Third World country.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Artificial intelligence (AI) is a wide-ranging tool that enables people to rethink how we integrate information, analyze data, and use the resulting
insights to improve decision making—and already it is transforming every walk of life.
Most people are not very familiar with the concept of artificial intelligence (AI). As an illustration, when 1,500 senior business leaders in the United
States in 2017 were asked about AI, only 17 percent said they were familiar with it.[1] A number of them were not sure what it was or how it would
affect their particular companies. They understood there was considerable potential for altering business processes, but were not clear how AI could
be deployed within their own organizations.

Despite its widespread lack of familiarity, AI is a technology that is transforming every walk of life. It is a wide-ranging tool that enables people to
rethink how we integrate information, analyze data, and use the resulting insights to improve decisionmaking. Our hope through this comprehensive
overview is to explain AI to an audience of policymakers, opinion leaders, and interested observers, and demonstrate how AI already is altering the
world and raising important questions for society, the economy, and governance.

5 WAYS AI IS CHANGING OUR WORLD FOR THE BETTER

Creating New Jobs
“Artificial intelligence will change the workforce,” affirms Carolyn Frantz, Microsoft’s Corporate Secretary. The bleak view of AI as a job killer is but
one side of the coin: while 75 million jobs may disappear, as many as 133 million more engaging, less repetitive new roles are expected to be created.
AI “is an opportunity for workers to focus on the parts of their jobs that may also be the most satisfying to them,” says Frantz.
Bridging Language Divides
Whether it’s teaching new languages in a personalized way or translating speech and text in real-time, AI-powered language tools from Duolingo to
Skype are bridging social and cultural divides in our workplaces, classrooms and everyday lives. Digital translation services are not “perfect,” admits
Microsoft education leader Mark Sparvell, but “they offer a means of understanding” that might not otherwise be possible.
Transforming Government
Less paperwork, quicker responses, a more efficient bureaucracy – AI has the power to drastically change public administration, but are governments
ready? This tech comes with both risks and opportunities that need to be understood and evaluated. Academic Kevin Desouza believes gamification and
role-playing could be the key to public servants analyzing complex cases, coming up with better solutions, and truly understanding the future of
autonomous systems.
Delivering Health Care
AI has the potential to make health care “much more accessible and more affordable,” insists Paul Bates, director of NHS services at Babylon Health.
Babylon, an app that offers symptom checking and fast access to physicians if needed, is providing advice to more than one million residents in central
London through an AI-powered chatbot. Patients can get an accurate, safe, and convenient answer in seconds – and save health care providers’ money too.
Creating Art
Computational creativity is drastically changing the nature of art. Software, more than a tool, is becoming a creative collaborator, merging computer
scientist with artist. As Austrian artist Sonja Bäumel assures, “The exhibition space becomes a lab; art becomes an expression of science, and the artist is
the researcher.”
3D DESIGN IS CREATING A MORE
SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Almost overnight, fashion design companies and fashion design students were forced to move to a mostly remote work environment and away from the
studio and tools of their trade. For many designers, this meant shifting their practice into a more virtual space, using emergent technologies such as
Clo3D.

The industry has reached a tipping point. The need

for 3D design experience and skills will not just be
helpful on a resume, it will become a mandatory
skillset, especially as businesses understand its
benefits. She observes, “When it comes to the
workplace, 3D design opens up more possibilities,
everything from the design process, production
cycles, communications in overseas and internal
meetings. And it’s a chance to save resources and
reduce the textile waste.” She continues, “In a 3D
environment, the designer can create 3D shapes in
real-time by creating 2D Patterns and digital sewing
in digital space. You can check the fit, silhouette and
materials by simulating them on a 3D avatar.”
While the immediate need for virtual 3D design is being primarily driven by business concerns around remote work and learning during the pandemic, there
are long term benefits for companies, if they begin the transition now, rather than later. “Adopting 3D virtual design is a very effective, powerful, and
sustainable way of working for the future of fashion and product design industries.”
FASHION & TECHNOLOGY

For the last decades, the fashion industry has been developing products following the same type of processes. We could say that there was some progress
regarding materials, supplies, and sales, but not much had happened about the way we develop products. However, the exponential growth of the apparel
market, increasing competitiveness, and the need to generate profitability; are pushing designers, business owners, and entrepreneurs to create changes and
transform the way we design. When it comes to the fusion between fashion and technology, generally, the focus tends to be on the buying and selling
experience. But what if this binomial could go in the direction of streamlining design processes and making them more sustainable? With the introduction of
3D technology on the production scene, a whole different approach arises regarding creating digital patterns and prototyping garments.
AFTER 30-40 YEARS

1. The visualization of garments in 3D is an innovative tool that brings more creativity and
sustainability to the apparel industry. We all know that this industry (especially Fast
Fashion) is one of the most toxic and damaging industries ar the world. It generates large
amounts of waste. Using 3D technology could be a great way to reduce resources and make
them more sustainable.
2. The apparel industry has problems regarding fitting and sizing. It causes a lot of returns.
The combination of 2D and 3D technology provides a powerful tool, identifying and
correcting those problems earlier in the development process, saving fabric, shipping costs,
and precious hours of fittings and adjustments. With this technology, the verifications are
almost instant: we can see details, the finished look, modular lengths, and other points to
assess to get the desired product.
3. Virtual design technology creates a 3D photorealistic product that enables real-time editing
of the pattern, 3D image rendering and preview of errors and possibilities of fit and
silhouette . Also, the virtual garment creation can simulate the effect of different fabrics,
colour and pattern resulting in the quick decision from designers and minimal sample
waste . Besides, on the base of 3D body scanning and virtual try-on technology, 3D fitting
room furtherly contributes to reducing the garment waste that generated from poor fitting
effect, unwanted products and unsuitable size
CONCEPT NOTE
VIRTUAL FASHION GARMENTS IN FUTURE
3D technology and innovation are reshaping the way we design and produce garments and any textile product. It is the
beginning of a vital transformation in the way we design and manufacture our garments. The visualization of
garments in 3D is an innovative tool that brings more creativity and sustainability to the apparel industry. We all know
that this industry (especially Fast Fashion) is one of the most toxic and damaging industries ar the world. It generates
large amounts of waste. Using 3D technology could be a great way to reduce resources and make them more
sustainable.
