FOR STRENGTHS:

What do we do well in our school?

Even most of the schools have been shaken by the pandemic, our school still delivered a strong
community and provide quality education in spite of the barriers along our way. In addition, our
school serves as an instrument to provide the needs of the learners especially in inculcating
values that have been forgotten overtime.

What resources in school can we leverage?

We believe that the pandemic is not a reason for academic freeze since we have had a lot of
resources and avenues to fulfill the learners` needs. One of these resources is the ICT
classroom which can help the teachers to discover knowledge and innovate learning materials.
Also the classrooms that we can use to maintain the proper distancing for the distribution of
modules since we adopted the modular distance learning modality.

3. What do external stakeholders see as our school`s strength?

The external stakeholders probably seen the incomparable effort and dedication of the teachers
and principal just to give effective, efficient, and adequate knowledge to learners in spite of the
disruptions brought by the pandemic. In addition, the school have shown a highly levels of
collaboration and communication especially in the learners and parents where every teachers
find different avenues just to reach out them and also the effective school leadership where the
welfare of the learners always our first priority.

FOR WEAKNESSES:

1. What resources are lacking in our school?

Since this is the first pandemic to have had a serious impact in education there are
several challenges occur and we have lack in school especially in giving the 100% of
modules rate where large budget and time are required. Secondly, the hardship of
collaborating with learners since the internet connectivity is a requirement to the
learners and teachers to have a good communication.

2. What needs improvement in school ?

Due to the impact of the new normal, many things must need to change and rectify. Attending
seminars and trainings for the development of knowledge of every teachers will be a great help
for them to maintain in giving quality education in this very difficult time.
FOR OPPORTUNITIES:

1. What resources are available around our school


Even before the pandemic came, there are some resources were teachers have made.
The contextualize learning materials will help to improve student motivation, learning,
and persistence. In addition technology is very timely and great resources for teachers to
improve in communicating with the learners and providing instructional materials
2. How can we leverage the opportunities to our strength?
We will be pursuing to attend different seminars and trainings regarding the use of
different technology so that we can strengthen and expand our knowledge that we may
use in our teaching therefore we can easily adopt in the different challenges in the new
normal situation.

FOR THREATS:

1. Do our weaknesses hinder our school operation?


As we promised, nothing can stop us from delivering quality education. In fact, these
weaknesses will even serve as a way for us to be more productive and efficient for
our school operation.

2. What threats can affect the provision of sources to our clients?

Since COVID-19 have had a serious impact on education there are several threats
occur since face to face reporting are very limited because of the IATF protocol. First is
the internet connectivity, building good relationship, and hardship of communicating to
the parents and learners.
