Topic: Many people have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep for an adequate amount of

time. This problem is known as insomnia. What suggestions would you give to people who
cannot seem to get a good night’s sleep?
Outline: getting professional support: psychological, physical; taking care of health: paying
attention to what we eat, doing sports.
In a globalized world, why does everyone overwork? The answer is so simple: because
they want to live peacefully. However, this situation generally presents a big problem. This
problem is known as insomnia. Insomnia is a kind of sleeping problem that prevents people
from sleeping or staying asleep for an adequate amount of time. But fortunately, this problem
can be solved so easily. These solutions are getting professional support and taking care of
health.
The first solution to overcome insomnia is getting professional support. First of all, it
can be said that people need some supports like psychology. Psychological factors always
have effects on our lives since they are part of our nature. We sometimes overthink something
and it can affect our sleep. To overcome this, you should go to a psychiatrist or psychologist,
they can give you some medicines that can help you fall asleep. Moreover, to overcome
insomnia, you must get professional support for your physical health. Ever since corona burst,
we have gotten lazier. Like psychological health, physical health also has effects on our sleep.
According to some reports, doing regular exercise helps people to stay asleep for an adequate
amount of time.
Another solution to overcome insomnia is taking care of health. First of all, paying
attention to what we eat is the most necessary thing to stay healthy. Nowadays, everything has
gotten faster than past, and we do not eat healthy foods often like vegetables or fruits. But
some experts say insomnia can be overcome by eating healthy foods because thanks to the
minerals and vitamins, your body health is increased. Besides, doing exercise is also a good
way to stay healthy. Due to quarantine, we barely do some sports, even we have started not
going outside often. You should do some sports to stay healthy. According to some reports,
people who are hanging out with their friends and doing sports can fall asleep easier than
those who are not.
In conclusion, briefly, to overcome insomnia, you must get some professional supports
and take care of your health because by doing all these solutions, you can overcome insomnia
so easily. You should do regular sports, eat healthy foods, and go to a psychiatrist or
psychologist. Actually, in my opinion, insomnia can be solved so easily because what to do is
very simple. However, insomnia will be always a part of our lives as there will be always at
least a person who does not do anything to overcome this problem.
