    BARANGAY ORDINANCE No. 1 – 2020


    “ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A WATER SYSTEM IN BARANGAY CAASINAN, PRESCRIBED
    FEES AND CHARGES REGULATING THE USE THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES”

    WHEREAS, R.A. 7160 Section 391 (a) (7) , gives the Barangay a power to regulate among others, the
    use of the barangay water works or other similar facilities constructed with the government;

    WHEREAS, the water system in Barangay Caasinan is one among the priority projects of the Barangay,
    established to cater the needs of water for daily use of its constituents.

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Council unanimously agreed its establishment, however decided to prescribe
    fees and charges and other regulations pertaining its usage.

    NOWTHEREFORE

    BE IT ORDAINED, by the Sangguniang Barangay in session assembled, that;
