CRITICAL TASKS HANDLED RECENTLY


EO: BB53A0081/ LONGERON MODIFICATION
As first time EO: BB53A0081 Longeron modification on B777 started and took
initiative to start the mod as team leader and professionally planned, managed
and executed throughout the mod till end, which was involved fuselage skin and
center tank front spar chord repair also. And subsequently worked on other
Aircrafts came inline and performed same role efficiently as was required by my
Management.

EO: M10T202E040/GCS ANTENNA MODIFICATION


GCS antenna installation modification initially carried out and then subsequently
worked on other Aircrafts came inline and performed same role efficiently as was
required by my Management.

EO: MB09377-02SB/CARGO VIDEO SURVEILLANCE MODIFICATION


Have done first time the CVMS Mod on B777 aircraft. This modification was
having several issues with regards to Drawings, all these issues were settled down
after consulting with Engineering Technical Services and the Job was done in an
efficient manner.
AIRBUS A380-800 MODIFCATIONS

Rib Foot Modifications and Repairs Managed and supervised Rib foot crack
repairs on Airbus 380-800 fleet.

Window Shade Mod on A380-800 in Business class was carried out first time. This
was involved in Upper Deck, Main Deck and Cargos as well.

PHASE OUT PROGRAME


Having experience of Phase out of Airbus 330/340 and nowadays on B777
aircrafts and as an Engineer carried out Inspection, evaluation, Rectification and
certification of DIL items and issues coordinating with other departments such as
ETSS, ETSP, ETSA, Material Planning & Asset Management and raising SDRs and
EERs.

APPRECIATIONS
CVMS MODIFICATION:
Appreciation received in recognition for accomplishing the CVMS modification on
B777 which was done very first time in Base Heavy Maintenance. This
modification had multiple discrepancies and issues which was resolved timely by
coordinating with Engineering Technical Services

LONGERON MODIFICATION:
Appreciation received for excellence performance shown as a team work during
repair / replacement of B777 longeron replacement and repair of adjacent
structures.
