    IMPRESSION
    Left breast cyst FNAC:

    A single cluster of atypical cells accompanied by histiocytes is noted .

    A. Central area of fibrosis and foci of necrosis. The invasive component measures 15min at greatest diameter. The malignant cells
    exhibit nuclear pleomorphism with hyperchromatic nuclei and irregular nuclear membrane (score 2).
    No lymphovascular permeation. There is minimal tumour infiltrating lymphocytes. Foci of intermediate-grade solid ductal carcinoma in
    situ (DCIS) can be seen at the vicinity (estimated 5 percent of the whole lesion).
    The DCIS is seen in conjunction with invasive carcinoma. The DCIS mainly form solid pattern. The resection margins are free from
    the malignant cells. The closest resection margins are the anterior and posterior margins which arc 3 mm away.

    B. There are four lymph nodes. The lymph nodes shows preservation of the architecture. All of the lymph nodes are free from
    malignant cells.

    INTERPRETATION

    A. Breast
    Lumps Invasive ductal carcinoma infiltration (NST) lump: Modified Bloom and Richardson
    Grade 2 (score 5/6) Maximum invasive size (15mm)
    Peritumoural lymphovascular invasion not identified
    The resection margins are free From malignant cells.
    The closest resection margins are the anterior and posterior Margins (3 mm)
