MORTGAGE DEED

( MORTGAGE DEED BY SMALL FARMER FOR AGRL.LOANS IN F/O PAC/BANK )

This Deed of Mortgage MORTGAGE DEED BY SMALL FARMER FOR AGRL.LOANS IN F/O
PAC/BANK is made and executed on this the 23 August 2021 by and between:
Sri/Smt./Kumari RAYANNA SRISHAILAM, S/O RAYANNA PAPAIAH, aged 35 years, Occupation :
Farmer, R/o. 4-6, VELURU, Veluru, Wargal, Siddipet, Telangana, 502336.
(Hereinafter called the "MORTGAGOR" )

AND

Sri/Smt./Kumari PACS WARGAL REP BY MASIREDDY JITHENDER REDDY, S/O NARSIMHA


REDDY, aged 54 years, Occupation : Farmer, R/o. H.No. 5-3, KUKUNOORPALLY, Siddipet,
Telangana, 502301.
(Hereinafter called the "MORTGAGEE")

The terms "MORTGAGOR" and "MORTGAGEE" herein used shall wherever the context so admits mean
and include their respective heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, administrators and
assignees etc.

Whereas, the Mortgagor herein is the absolute owner and peaceful possessor of Agriculture Land
bearing Survey No. 614/అ/2, 501/ఇ/2, 495/ఆ/3, 563/ఆ1/2, 616/ఉ1/2, 562/3, 597ఆ/2, 448/అ2/2, 488/ఇ/2,
674/ఇ/3, 460/ఇ/2, admeasuring 1.1925 Ac.Gts ,at Veluru Village, Wargal Mandal, Siddipet District having
acquired through TD-cum-Pass Book Number T10220140805.

AND WHEREAS the Mortgagor being in need of money for domestic purposes has approached the
Mortgagee to lend the money, and the Mortgagee herein also agreed for the same, and on this day the
Mortgagor borrowed and received a sum of 235975/- (RUPEES TWO LAKH THIRTY FIVE
THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE ONLY) from the Mortgagee, the Mortgagor do hereby
admits and acknowledges the receipt of the same.

NOW THIS MORTGAGE DEED (MORTGAGE DEED BY SMALL FARMER FOR AGRL.LOANS IN F/O
PAC/BANK) WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the Mortgagor has agreed to repay the said principal sum of Rs. 235975/- (RUPEES TWO
LAKH THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE ONLY) within a period of
______ months along with interest of ______ per annum with effect from _______ and obtain a
receipt for the same. The stipulated time period may be extended with the consent of the
Mortgagee.
2. That in further pursuance of the said agreement and for the consideration aforesaid, the said

Mortgagor as the beneficial owner hereby charges and assures by way of mortgage unto the said
Mortgagee the schedule property to have and to hold the same with all the rights of mortgage
without possession under the Transfer of Property Act.
3. That if the said principal sum or sum of money herein before covenanted to be paid with interest at
the rate and within the period stipulated if not duly paid or if Mortgagor fails and in so doing the
Mortgagee shall have the right to enforce the security hereunder by process of law.
4. That the Mortgagor shall reimburse all the sums paid by the Mortgagee on behalf of the Mortgagor.
5. As a security for the due repayment of that entire amount due under this deed, the Mortgagor
hereby mortgages with Mortgagee the schedule property.
6. And the Mortgagor hereby declares and covenants
a. That the Mortgaged property is free from all charges and encumbrances whatsoever.
b. That the Mortgagor is absolute owner of the property mentioned below and is entitled to
mortgage the same.
