Company’s Profile: Aarone Group is a Delhi based real estate development group with over 28 years
experience in developing residential and commercial projects. The range of sectors it deals with is Real
Estate, Construction and NBFC. One of the major projects of the company includes mixed use development
in the heart of South Delhi, SELECT CITYWALK Mall, under a joint venture company SIPL. Ongoing projects
of the company include luxurious projects such as BOTANICA, Neeti Bagh, County walk OASIS (high tech
living in Indore) and COUNTYWALK, an integrated township in Indore.

Role and Responsibilities
 Responsible for accounting and related activities including general accounting, taxation
compliance, MIS, monthly balance sheet review, etc.,
 Responsible for executing various accounting & financial activities like budgeting & forecasting
and preparing profit & loss summary, cash flow statement & bank account reconciliation,
 Responsible for preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and loss A/c for individual entities and
Consolidated Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss A/c including adjustments for intercompany
transactions of the company and group companies at the year end,
 Liaison with statutory auditor to ensure timely completion of statutory audit and appropriate
monitoring of company finance,
 Responsible for handling all Direct Tax Compliances including TDS returns, Advance Tax
payments, Annual Income Tax Returns and other related compliances including SFT returns.
 Responsible for ensuring timely completion of Tax Audit of the company and preparation of Tax
Audit schedules as per Form 3CA-CD,
 Responsible for calculating Fair Market Value of the equity shares of the company as per Rule 11U
& 11UA on Income Tax Rules,1962 to help the management in decision making and ensuring that
provisions of Sec- 56 of I.T. Act are not contravened.
 Responsible for keeping abreast with the developments in the direct tax laws and analyzing the
transactions from a direct tax standpoint,
 Responsible for preparing response to departmental notices and communication and coordinating
with statutory departments for closing the existing litigations and notices,
 Responsible for delivering correct GST rates and ensuring that correct input tax credit is booked.
 Preparing data for filling GST returns and ensuring timely preparation and submission of various
GSTR forms (GSTR-1,GSTR-3B and GSTR-9)
 Responsible for undertaking periodic reconciliation of input tax credit with tax returns.
 Evaluating changes in GST law to keep abreast with all developments,
 Responsible for ensuring RBI compliances with respect to filling Form NBS-8 and NBS-9,
