    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, ANDRES LUIS A. CABIGAS JR. of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and a


    resident of Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, do hereby name, constitute
    and appoint VILMA REZON married, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of
    Malaybalay City, Bukidnon City, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-fact with full
    and special power and authority to do and perform the following:

    1. To transact with the Register of Deeds of Malaybalay City, the Department


    of Agrarian Reform Regional/City/Provincial/Municipal offices, the
    City/Provincial Treasurer and Assessor’s Office of Valencia City, the
    Bureau of Internal Revenue District Office of Malaybalay City, National
    Irrigation Administration office and all other government offices in
    connection with the transaction for the transfer of a parcel of lands
    covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. TCT NO. T-19999, TCT NO.
    T- 47752. TCT NO. T-56038, of the Register of Deeds of Malaybalay City
    from the registered owner ERLINDA A. CABIGAS ..

    2. To sign any document, make any payment for and on my behalf and to do
    any other act necessary and/or relative to the above including the receipt
    of the owner’s duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate of Title from the
    Register of Deeds and the owner’s copy of the tax declaration from the
    City Assessor’s Office of Valencia City. To received the papers or
    documents for the realization and completion for the said transaction;

    3. To process, transact and sign/execute any other document with any


    government offices relative to the registration of the said transaction;

    4. To do such other acts necessary and/or relative to the above.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full


    power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever
    requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
    all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
    acting in person, with full power of substitution or revocation; and HEREBY
    RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney or his substitutes shall
    lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 20 th day of April
    2021 at Malaybalay City,Bukidnon,Philippines.
