In line with the Memorandum on the Submission of Staffing Pattern, attached is

the Proposed Staffing Pattern for EMB-X. Through the proposed staffing pattern for the
Rationalization Plan, we will be able to eliminate redundancies in its operations and
focus its resources on its vital functions. The proposal shall improve and provide faster
service delivery, may generate more satisfied clients of government services and
increase morale among government employees.
