1. How does an appliance brand enhance brand presence in an already


cluttered social space?

Godrej Appliances is one of the largest players in the Home Appliances space in India
and has always delighted the consumer with relevant technology across a wide range
of product. So, everyone knows the stability of Godrej is it legacy. In order to break
free this impression company used personification strategy. However, godrej has not
effectively presence their home appliances in this cluttered social space. A social
space is physical or virtual space such as a social center, online social media, or other
gathering place where people gather and interact. The more that people know about
brand, the more product/service will sell and social media is a great place to increase
brand awareness. To maximize online brand presence effectively it is described
below:

• Be Consistent with Branding.

t is very important to display a consistent branding strategy across all online channels.
This creates brand recognition and helps to reinforce the brand. It is common for a
business to use several channels to reach out to customers. For example, a business
may use its website, several social networks, blogs, document sharing sites, and more.

• Optimize Your Website.

As we know, creating and maintaining a website is one of the most important


branding tools for any business. Website optimization for optimal performance on
search engines is one of the first things companies can do to drive traffic to a website
and improve the brand’s visibility.

• Social Media.

Social Media Marketing is one of the most effective and cost-effective ways to
promote both small businesses and corporations; and, enhance the visibility of your
brand. Social Media Marketing promotes visibility, brand loyalty, recognition, and
can also grow your sales. In addition, social media marketing allows small businesses

successful marketing strategy today.

Press release distribution is a very effective and inexpensive way to enhance brand
visibility and recognition. If it is picked up by Google News, your company will
receive additional coverage for your brand.

Businesses of all sizes and scale can benefit from video marketing i.e., YouTube,
Vimeo etc. Posting branded videos relevant to your niche is a very effective way to

purchase. Justify.

Online reviews and recommendations can play an important role in helping


consumers to make shopping decisions and the seller for finding the strength and
weak point. They can be particularly helpful when consumers buy goods or services
whose quality, they may find hard to assess before it has been experienced. The
information that reviews and recommendations provide can help consumers to make
faster and more confident decisions. It has the potential to boost competition between
businesses on their products’ reliability or on the quality of service that they offer. It
can also make it easier for small businesses and new entrants to enter a market or to
expand.

The various online product review and recommendation platforms differ in their
objectives, function and characteristics. In order to respond efficiently to customer
reviews companies, need to identify consumer reviews platforms, understand their
characteristics and continuously assess their impact on consumer purchasing
decisions. Following are some point h that justify online consumers read reviews and

Improving in position of e commerce site help to increase the sale. The more text you
have published in online shops, the more options you will have for keywords to
appear in other users search results. The more keywords you have distributed
throughout the portal, the more visits you can generate and possibly increase sales.

• Brings credibility to products and the company

Credibility is a fundamental basis in an online commerce or ecommerce. Who hasn’t


wondered if the product will reach its recipient after purchase? Is it a reliable
company in this respect? Adding online customer comments are eliminating these
doubts that can ruin the completion of a sale.

World is increasingly digitized, and most importantly, consumers are increasingly


shopping online. We now have constant access to the internet through smartphones,
and each day we spend hours browsing on social media websites like Facebook and
Instagram. The advantage Godrej can enjoy if they succeed in online marketing are: -

Internet marketing provides businesses with a wide base of customers for their

small and medium enterprises, have access to millions of prospective customers. Your
