PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
VP and Chief Financial Officer RDG Concessions/Pacific Outfitters Travel Gear 2011 – 2018
RDG Concessions operated eight travel retail stores at SFO and other airports in the country. Duties included
executive financial management and accounting, fiscal management and contract compliance, business plan
development, technical writing, and proposal writing. Produced and presented monthly reports for the CEO and
Board of Directors, including financial statements, business development, and management reports. Formulated,
recommended, and implemented corporate financial and business strategies. Managed accounting staff and oversaw
the preparation of finance and accounting records, audits, forecasts, budgets, economic information, and cost
controls.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Developed and implemented a financial plan and supply chain program which turn the company’s profitability
around and shot up sales from $3.5M to over $6M in 18 months. Received Executive of the Year award.
• Successfully developed and presented a business proposal to bring the Pacific Outfitters Travel Gear concept to
the competitive Pier 39 market.
Partner and Chief Financial Officer Gilead Management Group 2004 – 2008
Gilead Management Group was a property management company. Duties included managing day-to-day operations
while supervising employees and contractors. Financial management included maintaining accurate accounting
records in QuickBooks, and monthly financial reports to all the partners.
Selected Accomplishments:
• Analyzed and recognized the economic downturn in the real estate market early enough to sell off the company.

Taught day, evening, and weekend college classes in the business and computer fields. Developed the curriculum
and created the full training material for many of the classes.
