    SUBJECT : Request for Copies of Agreements (i.e. Contracts, Memoranda of


    Agreement, Usufruct Agreements, Deeds of Sale)

    This refers to the Memorandum of Dir. Virgilio C. Eduarte, CESO IV dated September 14, 2020,
    regarding the Creation of Legal Documents Database in the ROWALD.

    In this regard, we would like to reiterate such request for the certified true copies or scanned
    certified true copies of agreements (i.e. Contracts, Memoranda of Agreement, Usufruct
    Agreements, Deeds of Sale) entered into by your office with other agencies, private or public,
    duly signed by the parties and duly notarized, kindly send those copies to
    dpwhlegalrov@gmail.com on or before November 6, 2020.
