For Network Early Access (NEA), the data hall needs to be weather & air tight, clean and free of debris with
all dust raising works complete. The room needs to be secure (through security personnel). 6no CRAHUs
are required to be operational and available to run to pressurize the data halls whilst maintaining a
temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 20 – 40. 2no Chillers need to be operational

and commissioned. To commission both these systems you need to allow for 1MV of Loadbanks 1 week
prior to NEA as a minimum. Power is required to be available from the permanent electrical distribution
system/rooms including lighting and general power outlets. Busbar tap-offs should be operational along
with 24no ATSC units. (See additional requirements within Appendix A).
Note works post 15th December 2020 are limited to tasks deemed non-critical to the running of live
operations in Phase 1, e.g. landscaping, non-critical roads, defect rectification etc.

equipment and materials.
