Nowadays, many people want to be an only child in family because it has many
benefits. They are not without the benefits, the downsides would be much more
considered.
On the one hand, there are reasons why being an only child in family has many
benefits. The first, if he is an only child, he gets the undivided love and attention
of his parents. The second, he may grow up to be more independent and able to
fend for himself better, if his parents haven’t spoiled he.
On the other hand, the downside that it brings would be much more considered.
Firstly, when his parents get older, being an only child can leave he to shoulder
the responsibility of taking care of his family on his own. Secondly, perhaps the
most disadvantage of being an only child is the feeling of loneliness. Not having
a sibling to play regularly with, or whom he is able to share his thought and
memories with, can be difficult.
In conclusion, I think that being an only child in family seem to have both the
benefits and the downsides. By considering both views, people would know how
to live happily.
It’s common for parents to want to help their children with their homeworks, but
there is a fine line between helping their children and doing their homework for
them.
I personally think that there are many causes for that. The first, it’s because of
the scores. Actually, teachers indicate that parents do their kid’s homework
because of the better grades topping the list. The second reason of doing kid’s
homework is lack of time to do their work. Finally, many children don’t
voluntarily do their work, so their parents have to attach and help them do it.
The consequences that it brings would be much more considered. Firstly,
children are likely to depend on their parents. In fact, all homework are done by
their parents, they just coppy that without thinking or brainstorming. Secondly,
it reduces their thinking and intelligence, so kids got a lower test scores. Instead
of helping do their homework for kids, parents can sit with kids and provide
them with guidances.
In conclusion, I think that parents want to help children do their homework
because of those reasons, so that it leading to those consequences. By
considering consequences, parents should find the best ways to reduce it.
