    3.) Payment Terms: 50% DP, 50% upon completion
    4.) Upon P.O. the order is considered firmed and final. Full payment must be made if to be cancelled
    5.) Items not claimed 15 days after completion, shall be charge with storage fee and cost of money equivalent to five (5) percent per month of the total purchase order. A fraction of the month is
    equivalent to a whole month. This shall be invoice separately.
