    This is to confirm your contractual agreement to work as ________________in the company for
    a period not exceeding six months effective [date]. Within this period, your contract may be
    terminated anytime depending on your job performance, the outcome of the project and the
    necessity to continue with it.

    Your total salary will be ________________________ per month, payable every 15th and 30th.

    Your contractual appointment will be on a special project basis. You are expected to perform
