Heat Treatment Facility

We have Gas fired PLC controlled heat treatment furnace
which ensures uniformity in temperature. With better
control comes higher consistency and thereby excellent
mechanical properties. Our specially designed heat
treatment furnace can treat bars up to 7 meters.

ROLLED BARS
Kesri Alloys maintains optimum reduction ratios while
hot rolling by selecting the most appropriate Ingot size
resulting in complete breakage of “as cast structure”
and thereby promoting better internal soundness in
the rolled bars. These Rolled Bars are available in Alloy
Steel & Carbon Steel.

FORGED BARS
Kesri Alloys manufactures Forged Bars for the various

Supply Conditions
• All products are suitable for Ring Rolling, Forging, Re-
rolling and Up-setting
• Round Bars are also supplied in Straightened Condition
(up to 1.5 mm per mtr.)
• Forged bars are available in all shapes (round, square, etc)
• Forged bars are available in forged or proof machined
condition
• Ultrasonically tested in accordance with ASTM standard
• Heat Treated – Annealed / Normalized
