Introduction
UNS C64200 aluminium / aluminum bronze is a copper alloy with a combination of 5 –
12%. In addition to aluminium, iron, nickel, manganese and silicon in cast and wrought
form are present in the alloy.

A hard, adherent, protective alumina film present in this alloy makes the alloy better
resistant to corrosion and stronger than typical brasses and tin bronzes. UNS C64200
comes in an attractive golden color which does not tarnish much with time.
