1. What makes a good communicator?

When it comes to communication, we all tend to think we’re pretty good at it. Truth is, even
those of us who are good communicators aren’t nearly as good as we think we are. So, what can
we do to improve this? I thinh this is some usefull tips, apply these strategies and watch your
communication skills reach in a new height.
- First, talk so people will listen.
Great communicators read their audience (groups and individuals) carefully to ensure they aren’t
wasting their breath on a message that people aren’t ready to hear. Talking so people will listen
means you adjust your message on the fly to stay with your audience (what they’re ready to hear
and how they’re ready to hear it). When your talking leads to other people asking good
questions, you know you’re on the right track.

- Next, listen so people will talk.

One of the most popular mistakes of a leader is to treat communication as a one-way street.
When you communicate, you must give people ample opportunity to speak their minds.
Listening isn’t just about hearing words; it’s also about listening to the tone, speed, and volume
of the voice. What is being said? Anything not being said? What hidden messages below the
surface exist? When someone is talking to you, stop everything else and listen fully until the
other person has finished speaking

- They listen more than they speak

Great communicators listen more than they speak. They won't dominate a discussion or a
presentation. Great communicators frequently ask questions to give people an opportunity to
share their knowledge and express their opinions. Great communicators give themselves
permission to listen to others; in this way, they understand what people are thinking. They know
how to balance speaking and listening effectively. This makes people feel that what they say
truly matters.

- Finally, Practice active listening.

To practice active listening, I think you only do three things. They are:

 Spend more time listening than you do talking.

 Do not answer questions with questions.

 Avoid interrupt the other.

They are some tips I think that will be helpful, and make people improve the communicate skill.

2. Improve communication in your organization.

Improved communication doesn't only affect your returns to shareholders, it can also increase
employee engagement, build stronger teams, and enhance the competitiveness of your company.
Are you agree with it? I know. So, what you usually do when you want to improve
communication in your organization?

- Encourage sharing and dialogue: communication isn't a one-way street. Good

communication flows both ways. This is very important to give feedback to your
employees, but teaching your team members give feedback againt is also important. The
key of this step is an openly and trustworthy culture. When your employees understand
their role and expectations, they'll work for success.

- Manage by the example: Would you encourage people to stay late at the office to work
on a project and then you leave early at 5 o’clock? Would you talk openly about your
company's financial difficulties and then buy yourself a new luxury car? I hope you said
no, because one of the best things you can do is to lead by example. If you want your
employees to communicate well, make sure you do the same. If you expect your team to
share information openly, make sure you do the same.

- They listen more than they speak: Great communicators listen more than they speak.
They won't dominate a discussion or a presentation. Great communicators frequently ask
questions to give people an opportunity to share their knowledge and express their
opinions. Great communicators give themselves permission to listen to others; in this
way, they understand what people are thinking. They know how to balance speaking and
listening effectively. This makes people feel that what they say truly matters.

3. Discuss the areas for companies to consider to build strong business relationships

- Relationships are all about give and take. I have read some thing in the internet like:
People should think of relationship as bank account. You must deposite into them before
you can make the revenue. Strong relationship is very important in business. So what can
we do to build strong business relationship?
- Build trust: The key to building trust is being honest. When you are willing to share
your own interests to help someone else, they know they can rely on you. Do the right
thing and be dependable, and you’ll see your relationships grow stronger.
- Focus on giving: many people want to build relationships so that they can have
someone to help them out when they need it. No, you cant build a strong business
relationship if you think that. You must Always think about how you can help people in
your network. After that, they’re more likely to return a favor than thinking about get
far from you.
- Focus on quality, not quantity. When you go to a networking event, you can come
home with 20 business cards. People want to make an impression, but not every contact
has the able to turn into a relationship. You are going to be busy with your life and
work, so you can’t maintain a relationship with every person you ever meet.
REMEMBER, focus on quality, not quantity
4. Discuss reasons people change their job?
People change jobs every day. In fact, somebody probably just made a decision to change their
job right now, while we are talking this topic
So why do people make that decision? What’s behind their decision?

- The first thing that makes a person change his or her job is because of a bad manager. A
good manager is the one who have two factors: ability and attitude. However, not
everyone has both of them. It is very easy for us to find a boss who is very good at the
working skill but does not know how to manage employees and solve the internal
conflicts, or the boss who very kindly but have no leadership ability. In this case, most
people would choose to change jobs if they can.

- A Better Salary: let’s face it: money matters. It pays the bills. After all, everyone has to
think about their personal finances when people decide which organization they want to
work for. Because of that, money is also a reason why employees leave their jobs. If a
new job offers just a small raise, people do not care; if you offer them the higher salary,
you will get their attention.

- The promotion (sự thăng tiến): If they find out that, despite how hard they are or how
well they are doing at their job, they will not be promoted to a higher paying, they will
leave.

- You want to make a lot of money: You know that money is not the top factor that attracts
you to the job. But when you get a job, you find that your current salary doesn't satisfy
you. At that time, you should choose another job and consider the salary factor.

A chance to find the right fit. Job hopping gives you more opportunities to figure out what you
like and don't, and what is important to you in a position and company, Cashman says. “That
way, when you are finally ready to settle down for several years, you know what you are looking
for.”
Sometimes, the company does not have space for six managers in one small team of 10 people,
but people still want to move up to become the manager, so some one must change the job to
find the other opportunity

5. What are your opinion about the job hopping-trend

- You could earn more: We all know that it’s important reson that make people change
their job is salary. They want to earn more. However, workers who stay at the same job
can expect only about a 3 percent increase salary per year. But, when changing jobs, the
employee can have between 10 and 20 percent increase. So changing jobs could
certainly be one tip to have a higher salary,
- You’ll develope your network: The more people you meet, work with, and get to know,
the bigger network you have. So, when you change jobs, your number of contacts rise,
which can allow for more and greater opportunities for your future.
- You learn new skills: One of the greatest benefits of changing jobs is that it’s a great
way to gain new skills. It’s important to keep learning and growing in today’s economy
in order to stay competitive. This is especially true in some fields.

6. Discuss the factors that make a job worthwhile:

Boss and working environment: Your boss is the person who will guide you and the environment
that affects your morale. These are two especially important factors when choosing a career. You
should choose a boss / working environment that you believe can help you grow. However, do
not idealize finding a perfect boss / environment. Practice yourself with the ability to adapt to
many different boss personalities if you want to give yourself the opportunity to study and
improve.

7. Discuss the risks businesses face and ways companies can do to manage these risks

Today, every company faces a lot of risks, without any exception.

risks related to human resources: Workplace culture (conflicting, dissenting)

Training & Competence (an ineffective or unfair training program does not help your employees
succeed), Insurance and data

- The most common difficulty is financial risk. Financial risk is the risk arising from the
way businesses handle money flowing in and out of businesses. It is also used to show
the company's ability to manage debt and finances. The best way to minimize financial
risk is:

 Identify the financial risks and their causes.

 Measuring the impact of financial risks

 Develop plans and strategies to solve risks and control them.

- Supply chain risks: Delays or disruption of supply chain

 Personal injury or death

 Loss and damage product

 The best solution of this case is:

Make Securing contracts clearly. The contracts will provide clear notes about delivery, and
responsibilities of each parties. Pay attention to this to ensure the rights of your company

8. Your company wants to get a loan from a bank for the purpose of expansion Discuss the
preparation needed for the loan to be granted

When borrowing from a bank, your company will have to use a secured loan. The most
important thing to access this capital is to understand, and prepare all the documents required by
this process. Nowaday, to have the secured loan, you must joint the 3 steps checking. They are:

- Prepare documents

- The bank checks the repayment ability and loan documents

- Transfer the loan and start calculating interest

Business plan: There are exceptions, but the vast majority of commercial loan applications
require a business plan document. Nowadays it can be short—perhaps even a lean business plan
—but banks still want that standard summary of company, product, market, team, and financials.

Beside that, the preparation the plan of using the loan is very important. You must know what
your loan is. How to make more benefit from the loan? How does the debt repayment process
take place? Calculate the risk when your job fails, ...

You must do all of them to help your company borrow money from the bank, as well as get the
highest efficiency from the loan.

9. Your company has recently received complaints about its customer Service Discuss the
principles for your staff to follow to satisfy your customers

What is the most important thing you can do to improve relationships with your customers? The
answer is very easy: improve customer service. No matter how great your product is or how
talented your staff is, one of the things that customers are most likely to remember is the direct
experience they have with your company.

I think I have some customer service tips can make my staff become better.

+First, they must be Empathy, patience. Some customers will be allway angry and harry. Others
will be full of questions. And others will just be chatty. You must know how to handle all of
them and provide the same level of service every time.
+ I require my staff must be Adaptability. Every customer is different, and some may even seem
to change week-to-week. You should be able to handle surprises, feel the customer’s mood and
adapt it by the suitable way. This also includes a willing to self-learning customer service skill

+ Give Knowledge to your staff. The customers use your knowledge to buy your product. Try to
have more and more information about your product as you can. But don’t be afraid to say “I
don’t know” either. Customers always want the honesty

10. What are some of the problem companies may face when they try to internationalise a
brand?

- The first thing you face when internationalise a brand is culture shift. This is a big
challenge. Because of the cultural differences of each market, each region, each nation ...
creating great challenges for the process internationalise a brand. Misunderstandings of
the meaning of messages, images of advertisements, product models due to language
differences

- For example. Chinese people love to translate brand names in their native language.
Colgate toothpaste with the "Western" name is very familiar to Vietnamese people, but
extremely no with the Chinese. Colgate brand is only recognized when ... are seen
familiar by the red eyes, because chinese can’t translate this name.

- Competition in market share is the other challenge. Every market has companies that
already exist and have a long history. What you do when you enter a new market, of
course, is to beat your old competitor to win your share. This is not easy because they
have more advantages than you: loyal customers, knowledgeable about the market, large
network
