    the job due to my dedication to learn and delve more about the real estate business and I found

    As a senior high school student at Mandaue City Science High School studying Science
    Technology Engineering and Mathematics I do admit that my course and the internship that I am
    applying for doesn’t align however, I know that I have the dedication and immense drive to learn
    about this business. I am aware that as an intern my primary goal is to gain experience and if I
    would, fortunately, be accepted, duties may not fully reflect the work in this industry but more
    on answering calls, preparing reports, answering emails, etc. that requires someone who is
    computer literate and organized, of which I can assure you I am fully capable of. I am computer
    literate and my technology skills can benefit your company as there is only limited occurrence
    of face-to-face contacts with clients due to COVID-19 most interactions take place online.

    background in selling since I used to sell different kinds of stuff at school as a small source of
    income.
