    List of Monies Available to the Government 
     
    Recognizing the value of wealth for the HOTV to negotiate with the outside world, the 
    Treasury Department shall maintain in its vault a large quantity of gold. 
     
    The Treasury Department shall also maintain a bitcoin wallet with funding as the 
    primary currency of the HOTV. The unit of currency shall be .00000001 of a bitcoin (one
