    AudioCodes Mediant 800 Universal Customer Premises Equipment
    (uCPE) is an ideal platform for Unified Communications as a Service
    (UCaaS) providers and Enterprises looking to reap the benefits
    of Network Function Virtualization (NFV) and who need a uCPE
    providing a reliable and resilient software-defined wide area network
    (SD-WAN) solution.

    The platform integrates an Intel server module that can run multiple AudioCodes or third-party Virtual Network
    Functions (VNF) in conjunction with the embedded Physical Network Functions (pNF) required for hosted business
    communications.

    The embedded pNF includes branch router, session border controller (SBC) and media gateway functionality, ensuring
    SIP interoperability, connectivity, security and resiliency.
