Introduction:

Any equipment, or other assets that a company can acquire to create or assist in creating a
product, offering a service is referred as TECHNOWARE. TECHNOWARE medical
equipment sales & services is a technical service provider in field of medical equipment’s in
Pakistan. It was established back in year 2000. It provides its customers superlative technical
assistance. Techno ware provides best customer services. Over past few years, it has gained
more than 5000 valuable clients from all over the country and has become the largest sellers
of ultrasound scanners in Pakistan. Since 2003, it is growing inch by inch in import business
in electro-medical flied. The head office of techno ware is in Lahore and it also has sub
offices in Karachi, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Raheem Yar Khan. Techno ware conducts a
strong dealer’s network that covers the market in all over the country.

Mission:

Mission statement is a short statement of why an organization exists, what is its overall goal,
identifying the goal of its operations: what kind of product or service it provides, the mission
statement of techno ware is:
“Technoware, All rights reserved “
The main goal of techno ware is to inspire healthier communities by creating the best quality
product. It uses its product to inspire and implement solutions to environmental crisis and
cause no unnecessary harm. Safety and success of therapies are always the focus of techno
ware. The chore of techno ware is to always improve the quality of product and the quality of
work for all the clients and patients.

Vision:

The vision of an organization reveals how serious the staff is towards their organization. The
vision of techno ware is to gain more potential clients and to become the largest seller of
medical equipment’s in Pakistan by providing excellent quality product along with best
customer services and ensuring the human rights. The moto of techno ware is to provide
products that are verifiably effective and ensures the safety of the customers.
Functional Area Sale Department:

Sales Department
In its narrowest form, a sales department advises the marketing department based on its
feedback with customers and focuses on customer contact to drive sales. Marketing functions
include marketing research and products development, pricing, distribution, customer service,
sale s and communications.
Physical distribution includes all the activities associated with the supply of finished product
at every step, from the production line to the consumers. Distribution customer. Important
functions service, physical include processing of orders, inventory control, transportation and
logistics, and packaging and materials.
Technoware Import Department works with customs agents, warehouse staff, shipping
companies, and clients. Staff help with shipping, receiving, and record keeping for
international transactions. Most of their working day is spent in an office atmosphere as they
verify that all documentation adheres to import -export policies and laws.

Operation strategy

Top- down perspective

TECHNOWARE is basically an Import, Distribution, Marketing Company, which renders
services particularly to multinational and the national manufacturers of Surgical, Orthopedics
Pharmaceutical, Diagnostic and Healthcare Products
Market requirements perspective:
In the market of medical equipment supply this customer’s wants products that are reliable,
well equipped and the company which installs it they should also give after sales services.
The hospitals and clinics are the direct customers which are always looking for best price and
quality. The company team delivers and try their best to acquire these standards
Bottom- up perspective:
The day to day after sales services and deals which this company works on give them the
feedback of the customers and the satisfied customer boosts their sales by spreading a
positive word about them. The daily task of the company are quick and responsive towards
the completion of each project. Which are mainly installation of new or old equipment’s as
per tender requirements they run these processes step by step by sales department
Operation resource perspective:
The main operation resource of Technoware are their technical and departments labor force.
The equipment is imported. They hire technical labor for installation of equipment on
contract basis and these hiring are conducted by HR department and then the process runs
according to the company’s manifesto. Technoware does their job very professionally after
the project is finished they take a certificate of satisfaction from their customers which gives
them a good over all collective record
Policy and Procedure:

Tender:

Firstly tender call, an organization need technoware product e.g. (Ultra sound Machine) then
users find out the address of technoware from different platforms and contact for specific
product requirement of equipment and our sale executive visits itself to manage and satisfy
the institutions/customers.

Quotations of technoware Equipment’s:

Similarly first priority of the an customer/buyer or institutions is that to provide quotations of

technoware products so technoware provide proper documentation file of concern needs /
demand. Technoware provide multiple procedure for government/private sector
organizations. The Government and Large scale institutions provide technoware requirements
and agree with technoware term and condition. Although for private organization technoware
provide services without quotations and term agreements.
Additionally technoware approve and verify the organizations licences and other required
documents after that technoware call the institution for final quotations and agree both parties
on those term and conditions

Call deposit:

Although for the institution technoware and Buyers agree with policy and also provide call
deposit for Security agree with technoware procedure process and call deposit (CDR ) if
institutions buy the product within 3 months then he will purchase at same price as mentioned
at Quotation reports. Call deposit is only used for the security purpose.

Work Order / Supply order + Security Deposit:

After that two parties agree with term and condition technoware inform the
institutions/buyers that your product is ready to deliver and approved by technoware policy
and procedure process.

Delivery note/ Completion + payment:

After computer the project of an institution technoware sign and delivery note for that
product is delivery safely and usable Technoware provided equipment’s. Similarly it will
progress and make affective technoware organization
Satisfactory Report:

Although satisfactory report include Customer satisfaction is the state of mind that customers
have about a company when their expectations have been met or exceeded over the lifetime
of the product or service. The achievement of customer satisfaction leads to company loyalty
and product repurchase. There are some important implications of this definition:
 Because customer satisfaction is a subjective, no quantitative state, measurement
won’t be exact and will require sampling and statistical analysis.
 Customer satisfaction measurement must be undertaken with an understanding of the
gap between customer expectations and performance perceptions.
 There is a connection between customer satisfaction measurement and bottom-line
results.
Satisfaction itself can refer to a number of different facts of the relationship with a customer.
For example it can refer to any or all of the following:

i. Satisfaction with the quality of a particular product or service.

ii. Satisfaction with an ongoing business relationship.
iii. Satisfaction with the price-performance ratio of a product or service.
iv. Satisfaction because a product/service met or exceeded the customer’s expectations.
v. Satisfaction about overall services of technoware from tender to security return.
vi. Satisfaction with technoware operational process policy and procedures.
