    1. What particular topic was the most resonating for you (give 3 and provide your reason)
    a. Among the topics of Strategic Management, there is a three (3) topic that resonate
    me, these are:
    I. Social responsibility and Ethics- this topic is a must to apply in a real life both
    workplace and any aspect of life. It’s a responsibility interacting people inside
    the organization. It’s an etiquette, to annalize the behaviour of a persons. To
    work your duties, having a good relationship to workmate or team mates is
    need to practice unity, when it comes to committing a goal in an organization.
    It resonates me, when we working on a feasibility studies currently in this
    term, to be digging more our thoughts to work on with my team mates to
    fulfil our assignments.
    II. Strategic Formulation- in this term in our courses, we conducted our
    feasibility study. Started, to more feasible with our plan in an establishment,
    this strategic formulation aid us to proceed out task from setting our vision,
    mission, and objectives. It oriented us from outcast idea to find something
    purpose, from scratch to find ways to recycle thoughts when it comes to idea.
    By setting an objective this is related to implement activities. this is became
    our guidance to larger out thoughts beating competitions to be more
    competitive, over reaching an result to achieve our working system and a
    strategy to firm our goals to finalized material.
    III. Strategy Implementation: organizing and structuring some ideas in an
    organization help to build and practice as a student to apply in a workplace
    soon it is one of the important to be more responsible when it comes to
    developing proper organizational threats inside the organization and
    company, reviewing strategy how accurate the plan, and importantly
    formulating the best solution to solving some challenges.

    2. How will you apply the subject Strategic Management to your daily especially during this
    pandemic?
    In the range of the middle pandemic, strategic management for me is planning a
    business resources to meet up your goals and setting strength both internal and
    external factor of establishment functions. Timely, it tested me in terms of patient,
    consistency, plan, illuminating, and most important is the behaviour to manage
    everything. Applying Strategic Management, it registered me to become more relevant
    to the courses, I took up by time management specially, when it comes to my schooling
    in a home base. Through this pandemic, it tested my convalescent from the unreliable
    connection we had here in home, I was applied how to practice myself by thinking
    critical and outside of the box for me to pursue this study. Life and works is not a
    promised, especially in the threats of life (Covid 19 Pandemic). Proven, this subject help
    me to build up my mind, to achieve my goal and purpose of life. Everything has just an
    implication when it comes applying in real life, all of these lead me to be an enthusiastic
    person, planning accordingly, organizing, and lead me to become more vibrant in all
    aspects in life.
