    Dear PD Bheng,

    Warmest greetings from the highlands of Boliney!

    The undersigned hereby earnestly request the assistance of the Department of


    Interior and Local Government – Abra in our Municipality’s formulation of its
    Devolution Transition Plan (DTP). We are requesting the presence of JUVENAL
    VILLAMOR, MLGOO on October 27 – 29, 2021 at the Municipal Hall, Poblacion,
    Boliney, Abra; to help us in all unfinished requirements relevant to the formulation of our
    MUNICIPAL DTP.

    Some department heads and representatives tried attending the WEBEX


    CAPDEV ONLINE WORKSHOP conducted by the DILG on October 6-8, 2021;
    however, the poor internet connection at that time, prevented them from fully
    understanding the lectures. Hence, this scheduled activity on October 27 to 29 for all
    departments of the Local Government Unit of Boliney to formulate their CAPDEV
    AGENDA simultaneously.

    Looking forward for your preferential attention and favorable approval of our
    humble request.
