    The COMELEC chairperson evaluated the SPG/SSG elections at Naglaoag Elementary School. While most components of the election process were properly implemented, some areas for improvement were identified. The students and school administration were well-represented on the COMELEC and knowledgeable about the election. However, the application process and some procedures needed to be more objective and in accordance with election guidelines. The COMELEC chairperson recommended reviewing and adjusting the application and appointment procedures to ensure fairness and transparency in accordance with DepEd standards.
