It’s Christmas Time

The day began when Christmas come

A frosty feeling ‘till midnight and dawn
I can’t stop for being naughty nice
Santa will notice me and give me a price

Hearing something from the chimney

Oh! It was the presents for me
I can’t wait to open the gifts
The wishes behind the socks with shiny clips

The smell of roasted chicken is what I want

Served by a look-a-like reindeer servant
The feast shall start, so can we eat
My tongue can’t wait to taste the sweets

The essence of Christmas is family

Sitting around the Christmas tree
Changing gifts and sending cards
Those good times and memorable hours

Popcorn and candy both smells fine,

But not as good as that.
Covered with colored ball and lights
It wears a star for a hat.

Christmas lights and trees,

How beautiful it really is
Place the gifts under the tree,
For the children wants to see.

As the Christmas songs play

And the children caroling their way,
Feel the spirit of Christmas
And everyone’s liveness

Let’s make ourselves a snowball

As perfect, as could be
And keep it as a pet
And let it sleep with me

The smell of Christmas goodies

That are baked with tender care
The smell is just the greatest,
There’s nothing to compare

Hoping that this season is unending

Will miss the sound of the bell when ringing
And the people in the church that are singing
It is just different when it comes to Thanks Giving
