Since 1990, the Holy Trinity Divine Healing Ministry has been
sharing the power of Jesus Christ's healing touch on the sick of mind, body,

A. REMINDERS FOR HEALING
1) * HOLY CONFESSION (p. 2)
Minimum once a year, or as soon as possible
especially if a baptized Catholic has big (mortal) sin,
that is, sin meets 3 criteria: a) grave matter, b) full
knowledge, c) full consent

1) HOLY CONFESSION
Confession (or penance) – the sacrament by which sins
committed after Baptism are forgiven through the
absolution of the priest. [1]

3. Any refusal to behave according to God’s will is a SIN,
the gravity of which depends on:
the action that we do or omit;
our degree of awareness, our intention, and degree
of freedom; and
the circumstances.

10. The reception of God’s forgiveness through the Sacrament
of Penance brings about in us a real spiritual resurrection.
We rise again to a new life of grace. Through this
sacrament, we are reconciled with God, with the Church,
with our neighbor and with ourselves.

There are several ways to make a good examination
of conscience.

QUESTIONS BASED ON THE TEN
COMMANDMENTS [1]
2. You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in
vain.
Did I use the name of God disrespectfully?
Did I curse? Did I keep the promises I made to God? Did
I speak disrespectfully of Jesus, Mary and the other
Saints?

4. Honor your father and mother.
(For children) Did I fail to show love to my parents
and other relatives? Was I disrespectful or disobedient to
them? Did I help them when I could? Did I disappoint
them? How? Did I respect my teachers, my parish priest
and other persons in authority? Did I respect the rules of
my school? (For parents) Did I raise my children with
selfless love and real concern? Was I too hard or too
lenient with them? Did I give them a bad example in the
way I spoke or acted? Did I fail to lead them with my
good example? Did I see to it that my children get
proper religious instruction and are actively involved in
our Christian community and organizations? Did I
motivate them for a committed life in
the Church and society?

Am I a member of any violent organization? Did I
approve or consent to, recommend, seek or actively take
part in abortion? Did I contribute to the pollution of the
environment? Did I take care of my physical and mental
health? Did I smoke, drink immoderately, use harmful
drugs, or do anything that harms my health or the health
of others?
7 & 10 You shall not steal. You shall not covet your
neighbor’s property.
Was I respectful of other people’s property? Did I
damage public property? Did I steal anything? Did I return
what I stole or offer adequate compensation? Did I cheat
in school or in business? Was I honest in my work,
performing my duty in the best possible way?

Was I fair in paying my employees, my taxes and other
dues? Was I envious of other people’s material means or
success? Did I waste time and opportunities? Was I
greedy? Did I use natural resources selfishly?

DURING CONFESSION [2]
When you have finished confessing all the sins that you
remember, say:
For these sins and all the sins of my past life, especially
the sins against …. (mention the most important virtues
like charity, honesty, purity, etc.), I ask absolution and
penance from you, Father.

2. The confessor will give you some pertinent
advice. He will also give you an appropriate
penance to be performed after the sacrament of
confession. At his invitation, recite an Act of
Contrition (page 33).

2) HOLY MASS
Holy Mass - the sacrifice of the New Law in which Christ,
through the ministry of the priest, offers himself to God in an
unbloody manner under the appearance of bread and wine
(root and center of Christian life). [4]
What are the purposes for which the Mass is offered? [4]
Answer:
1) to adore God as our Creator and Lord;
2) to thank God for the gifts we have received from him;
3) to satisfy God's justice for the sins committed against
him;
4) to ask God for graces and blessings for the faithful on
earth and the souls in purgatory.
Why is the Mass the same as the sacrifice of the cross? [4]
Answer: In the mass, the victim (offering himself to God) is
the same, and the principal priest is the same, Jesus Christ.

He forgives you all the venial sins which you have never
confessed.
The power of Satan over you is diminished.
You afford the souls in purgatory the greatest possible
relief.
One mass heard during your life will be of more benefit to
you than many heard for you after your death.
You are preserved from many dangers and misfortunes
which would otherwise have befallen you.
You shorten your purgatory by every Mass.
Every mass wins for you a higher degree of glory in
heaven.
You receive the priest blessing which our Lord ratifies in
heaven.
You kneel amidst multitudes of holy angels, who are
present at the adorable sacrifice with reverential awe.
You are blessed in your temporal goods in affairs.
Every time we assist at Mass we should, beside our other
intentions, offer it in honor of the saint of the day.
When we hear Mass and offer the Holy Sacrifice in honor
of any particular saint or angel, thanking God for favors
he bestowed on him, we afford him a great degree of
honor, joy, and happiness, and draw his special love and
protection on us.

PRAYER ON ENTERING THE CHURCH [6]
We adore you, our Most Holy Lord, Jesus Christ, here and
in all the churches which are in the world, and we bless you
because by your Holy Cross you have redeemed the world.
O sacred banquet in which Christ is received, the memory
of his passion is renewed, the mind is filled with grace, and a
pledge of future glory is given to us. (During Easter Season,
add: Alleluia)
Leader (L): You have given them bread from heaven. (Alleluia)
All (A): The bread which is full of all goodness. (Alleluia)
Let us pray:
O God, who, in this wonderful sacrament, left us a
memorial of your passion, grant we implore you, that we may
so venerate the sacred mysteries of your body and blood as
always to be conscious of the fruit of your redemption, you
who live and reign forever and ever. Amen.

How should we attend Mass? [4]
Answer: With reverence (clean, proper dressing,
behavior),attention (focus on God), and devotion (give heart
to God).

3) HOLY COMMUNION
Holy Communion – the receiving of Jesus Christ in the
sacrament of the Holy Eucharist [1] (body, blood, soul and
divinity of Jesus Christ under the appearances of bread and
wine). [4]

4) HOLY ROSARY [8]
The Rosary (Latin rosarium ~ rose garden or garland of
roses) is made up of two things:
mental prayer, and vocal prayer.

HOW TO PRAY THE ROSARY
1. Make the sign of the
cross and say the
“Apostles Creed” (p.32).
2. Say the “Our Father” (p.32)
3. Say three
“Hail Mary” (p.32)
4. Say the “Glory Be to the
Father” (p.32)
5. Announce the First
Mystery (25-26), then
say “Our Father.”
6. Say ten “Hail Marys”
while meditating on
the Mystery.
7. Say the “Glory be to
the Father”. After each decade say “Fatima
Prayer” (p.33) requested by the Blessed
Virgin Mary at her Fatima Portugal apparition
8. Announce the Second Mystery; then say the “Our
Father”. Repeat 6 & 7 and continue with the Third,
Fourth, and Fifth Mysteries in the same manner.
9. Say the “Hail, Holy Queen” (p.26) on the medal after
the five decades are completed.

same Christ, our Lord. Amen.
MEMORARE
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was
it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored
your help or sought your intercession was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, we fly unto you, O Virgin of
virgins, our Mother. To you we come, before you we stand
sinful and sorrowful, O Mother of the Word incarnate, despise
not our petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer us. Amen.

Angel of God, my guardian dear to whom His love

Apostle's Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of
heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son,
Our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy
Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under
Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He
descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He
ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the
Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the
communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
Our Father
Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy
name; Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it
is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our
trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and
lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.
Hail Mary
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed
are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your
womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us
sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Fatima Prayer
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the
fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those
in most need of your mercy.
ACT OF CONTRITION
O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended
you, and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss
of heaven and the pains of hell, but most of all because
they offend you, my God, who are all-good and
deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help
of your grace to confess my sins, to do penance and to
amend my life. Amen.

6) MAKE A COVENANT WITH GOD
Covenant (Latin Covenir) – to agree [9]
Who Make It? Why?
Answer: The sick and/or family members of the sick who
have been touched by the Holy Spirit through faith experience (ex.
Sickness, problems)
And I will make a covenant of peace with them, it shall be an
everlasting covenant with them: and I will establish them, and
multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them
forever. (Ezekiel 37:26)
Proposed Actions:
Reform life (ex. Give up vices, bad habits, bad attitude)
Serve God (ex. Pray- over the sick, help Church)
Support the Church financially and in Church Activities
Bring other souls backs to God (ex. Explain sacraments)

SEVEN SACRAMENTS
What is a Sacrament?
Answer: A Sacrament is an outward sign instituted by Christ
to give grace. [1] (Latin sacrare – to consecrate)
What are 3 Elements of a Sacrament? [1]
Answer: (1) Institution by Christ – only Christ instituted the
sacraments, because only God can endow signs with the
power to give grace, Ex. baptism of Jesus at River Jordan;
(2) An outward sign – something perceived by the
senses, Ex. water used in baptism;
(3) Power to give grace – channels by which grace
enters souls, to give them divine life and to nourish them,
Ex. washing in baptism signifies inward washing of the soul
from sin.
Who Gives Grace through the Sacraments? [1]
Answer: God gives grace through the merits of Jesus
Christ. Sacraments are “actions of Christ”. Through the
visible rite, it is he who sanctifies us, just as truly as when
he said to Mary Magdalen, “Your sins are forgiven.”

MORNING PRAYER [7]
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I
offer you all my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of
this day for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart, in
union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout
the world, in reparation for my sins, for the intentions
of all my relatives and friends and in particular for the
intentions of the Holy Father. Amen.
Let Us Pray:
O God, Who by the light of the Holy Spirit didst
instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant us by the same
Holy Spirit to relish what is right and just and always
to rejoice in His consolation. Through Christ Our
Lord. Amen.

Let our evening prayer ascend unto Thee, O Lord;
And may your mercy descend upon us.
You, O Lord, are in the midst of us; leave us not, O Lord our God.
O Great God! I believe that you are present, that you see and
know all my thoughts; with all the angels and saints, I adore you.
I acknowledge you to be the Creator and Sovereign Lord of
Heaven and earth, my first beginning and last end; I render to you
the homage of my being in life; I submit myself to your holy will
and devote myself to your divine service now and forever. Amen.
May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins and
bring us to life everlasting. Amen.
O my God, I return Thee thanks for all the benefits which I have
