    SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT

    ABAY/Nesting

     ABAY/Nesting will run for 10 working days (or more, as deemed fit by management), scheduled
    after product training.
    o You shall be required to take live calls from our Samsung IM customers and process account-
    specific technical requests using the tools you have learned from PST.
    o We are setting you up to be successful while in ABAY/Nesting. Below are the goals you may
    use as reference to measure your week over week’s performance:

    Metric Goal
    Medallia Net Promoter Score 30%
    Productivity (Attendance%) 95%

    Based on the needs of our business and of our client, all metrics are subject to change.
    Prior notice will be provided in the event that changes are made.

    End of ABAY/Nesting Performance Evaluation – At the end of ABAY/Nesting, the leadership team shall
    evaluate your overall performance. The result of the said evaluation shall be the basis of your overall
    score. To pass ABAY/Nesting, you need to achieve a final score of 30% NPS and 95% Productivity.

    o This is where action plans are laid out and prepared for your leaders to implement. The key here
    is for you to stick to the action plans prepared for you to achieve a positive trend and eventually,
    hit production goals before being endorsed to production.
    o Getting a score below the goal may lead to termination of employment.
