The participants praised the lecturers for their sound explanation of the important topics.

They were very grateful to be equipped with the teaching listening and speaking strategies in the new-normal.

All of the facilitators were very patient when it comes to queries and clarifications.

The overall flow of the program is systematic. Although there are some delays due to poor connectivity, the program beat the time.

The seminar was relevant and timely on the part of the teachers so that they can prepare themselves in teaching in the new normal.
