    You will write down 3 examples using comparative adjectives.
    My car is more expensive than yours
    A phone is better than a tablet
    This movie is longer than one pice
    Activity#2

    1. A: Do you like e-cards? I think they are more interesting than


    (interesting) real cards.
    B: True. And they are easier (easy) to send, too. Though they are a
    bit more personal (personal) real cards.

    2. A: Do you ever use video calling? Our grandparents think it is nicer


    (nice) because they can see us. It is a better (good) phone.
    B: Yeah, and it is more expensive (expensive) international phone
    calls.

    3. A: Do you prefer your tablet or your laptop?


    B: My laptop. It is bigger (big), but it is more useful (useful) a tablet.
    Tablets are less difficult (difficult) to work on.
    A: Yeah? My sister prefers her tablet. She says it is lighter (light) than
    her laptop, so it is more convenient (convenient) to carry around.

    4. A: Do you use email much these days? I do not. I just use my social
    network.
    B: Me too. It is a more efficient (efficient) email. And it is funner (fun).
    It is better (good) texting, too. Texting is worse (bad) email.

    You will write down 4 sentences, 2 using uncountable nouns and 2 using countables nouns.

    I have a dog more withe than snow


    I like the cookie less than the cereal
    My mom uses more oil than butter
    There are more fruit than vegetables

    Activity#2

    Complete the sentences with more, less or fewer so they are true for you. Then you will rewrite
    them in a different way and keep the same meaning.

    1. My friends talk more than I do.    I talk less than my friends does.
    2. On the phone, I listen less than I talk. On the phone, I talk more than I listen.
    3. I send more emails than texts. I send text less than emails
    4. I spend more time on the social networking sites more than my parents. I spend less
    time with my parents than on social networks
    5. I get fewer emails than I did two years ago. Two years ago i received more emails than
    now
    6. I get more voice-mail messages than text messages. I get receive fewer text message
    than voice message
    7. My parents talk on the phone a lot more than I do. I talk much less than my parents on
    the phone
    8. I like texting less than calling. I like calling more than texting
