1. Introduction
1.1 Introduction to Company/Organization
Techcare Softwares and Research Center Was founded in 2018. It is an emerging
company that has aimed at creating a business that can offer a wide range of
services in the field of Information Technology in Nepal. We are mainly focused
on providing all kind of Web solution as well as Android mobile application
development services. The company also focus on blending high quality design
with a variety of open source web applications to provide clients with an excellent
product at a reasonable cost. Our focused, sound and innovative approach is
derived from the cumulative experience of our team members and as a result of
their combined practical business experience with strong technology delivery
capabilities, we are able to comprehend the Client’s business requirements,
propose IT and Creative strategies in line with the vision of the business and
execute the business plan by building or implementing high quality scalable
business solutions through the use of latest cutting edge Technologies.
1.2 Introduction to Project
The A web-based application is any application that uses a web browser as a
client. The term may also mean a computer software application that is coded in
a browser supported programming language and reliant on a common web
browser to render the application executable. Web applications are popular due
to the ubiquity of web browsers, and the convenience of using a web browser as
a client, sometimes called a thin client. The ability to update and maintain web
applications without distributing and installing software on potentially thousands
of client computers is a key reason for their popularity, as is the inherent support
for cross-platform compatibility.This proposal is for Charterad Consulting group
Pvt.Ltd.. The website is primarily focused on optimizing the paper work. Our
goal is to create a appropriate and effective design for Charted consulting group
Pvt.Ltd..That will provide a user friendly interface for the auditing environment.

2. Assigned Roles and Responsibility
Project manager plans the sprint with the list of tasks and finalize the time
estimation, and after receiving time estimation, Project manager sets the deadline
of the sprint and divides the task among developers. Designer provided day-to-
day task as well as guidelines to the intern. Designer provides the mockup design
for the new features in the system. The team holds daily stand up meeting of 15
minutes to collaborate with each other. Workplace by Slack was used for internal
communications among the members for instant chat. The major roles and
responsivities assigned are:
 Study of existing website
 Design and implementation
 Implementing and testing

3. Objective
The main objective of the project is to understand the Frontend tools and build
Chartered Consulting Group pvt.ltd website application using those tools.
Internship provide students the opportunity to relate theory practice. Internship
program is the bridge between academic education and the industrial
environment. Some of the objective of the project are listed below;
 To make a user-friendly web application.
 To provide overall information about Chartered Consulting Group pvt.ltd.
 To develop responsive websites.

4. Methodology
4.1 Use case diagram
Use case diagram is representation of user’s actions or interaction with system
which can perform in collaboration with one or more external users of the system.
In this application, the user can view web page and sign up whereas the admin can
update the content of web page and response back to user.

4.2 Interface Design
It provides a skeleton image of how the site should look like after its
development.

5. Implementation Tools
5.1 Sublime Text
Sublime will be used to develop the web application of Chartered
Consulting Group pvt.ltd. It will be used to perform coding.
5.2 Gliffy Chart
Gliffy Chart is a web-based proprietary platform that is used to allow users
to collaborate on drawing, revising and sharing charts and diagrams.
Gliffy Chart will be used to model and design the system.
5.3 HTML and CSS
HTML to format text as titles and headings, to arrange graphics on a web
page, to link different pages within a website, and to link to different
websites. And CSS allows one to adopt the presentation to different types
of devices such as large screen, small screen, or printers. It will be used
with XML based markup language but we used with Hypertext markup
language.
5.4 Java Script
We will be used JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive experience
for the user. We will be used JavaScript because it has a ability to produce
the same result on all modern browsers.
5.5 Bootstrap
Bootstrap will be used to make the website responsive throughout all the
devices.

6. Expected Results
Website for the organization will be successfully designed and
developed.
