Inviting schools to take part in Nationwide Painting Competition held under the RMS
Bengaluru.
2. As part of this, competitions it would be held to our premises on ….. December, 2021
filling out the registration cum entry submission form and sending it to the Mr.

3. Chart papers and water colours to be provided by the school or can be bought by the
student. Paper size and quality should be : 18" x 12", Indian Art Paper, 210 gsm or
better Time duration to be given to participants: 1.30 hours.
4. Every entry should carry the following information in English and in BLOCK LETTERS
at the back of the painting Full Name Name of the School Father’s Name Boy or Girl
Date of Birth Full Postal address with email ID Contact No.s (Mobile and landline
both) Signature of the participant.
5. Painting competition topics: It would be announcing on the spot.
6. Costs: There are no entrance fees. Participation is completely free.
7. We humbly request that all parents encourage their children to make their artwork
and help them in every way possible in making artworks for the painting
competition.
8. The final evaluation of the artworks will be handled by the online painting
competition jury. The jury’s decision is final, and no questions or appeals regarding
the painting contest’s outcome will be considered.
9. By entering this contest, the entrant agrees to provide a royalty-free, irrevocable,
transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit,
publish, and promote creative derivative works.
10. Art contest prizes: One winner will be selected per category. Categories will be
separated by: 1) Elementary school age, 2) Middle school age, and 3) High school age
students. Winner’s artwork will be featured on several magazines, social media
pages, and displayed on an actual school.
11. The final evaluation of the artworks will be handled by the online painting
competition jury. The jury’s decision is final, and no questions or appeals regarding
the painting contest’s outcome will be considered.
12. Artist Statement: 10 words but no more than 200 words. The artists statement
communicates what inspired the work, how it relates to the theme " 2021 through
the eyes of a student"
