Description PRIMAL HG-3361 Emulsion, a product of Dow Coating Materials, is a 100% acrylic polymer
specially designed for waterborne gloss paints. PRIMAL HG-3361 Emulsion features a room
temperature cross-linking technology which enables the formulation of paints with improved
resistance properties valuable in high traffic interior areas.
