    - Checking carefully the empty container before picking up .
    - To compensate carrier any loss / damage which your cargo may cause to containers during trucking , shipping and at port of
    loading / discharging .
    - To compensate carrier any loss / damage which may happen to containers during transportation from our CY to shipper’s
    warehouse or vice-versa .
    - In case over maximum GWT , penalties will be charged for the charterer’s own costs and expenses .
    - Shipper pay ocean freight and other charges before receiving origin bill of lading .
