Instructions:
1) Form a group of 2 people per group.
2) Perform a role play regarding sales process.
3) Record the role play.
4) Edit the role play video (If needed).
5) Duration: 5 to 10 minutes’ video.
6) Upload your video in YouTube.
7) Submit the rubric with the video’s URL.
8) Submission date: 12 NOVEMBER 2021.

Question:
Role: Bank Officer and Customer
Scenario: You are a bank officer and have been working there for over a year. There is
customer that makes a phone call to get some information about the bank’s
products and services. You need to entertain, approach the customer and make
them to buy or take your bank’s products or services.
*Use the real products or services that have at the bank. For example: CIMB (Cash
Plus Personal Loan)
1) Prepare the content of the Role Play in which it will achieve the purpose of selling the
products or services to the customer. (Rubric item 1 & 2) (8 marks)
2) Follow the steps of sales process by performing the role play according to the scenario
given. (Rubric item 3, 4 & 5) (12 marks)
