WORK EXPERIENCE:-
1. PRESENTLY WORKING AS CAMP BOSS/SUPERVISOR IN EMIRATES BETON READY
MIX LLC FROM APRIL 2011 & 2. 03 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS CAMP BOSS IN AL SHAFAR GENERAL CONTRACTING CO. LLC AND PERFORMED THE FOLLOWING DUTIES :-
(a) Overall command & control of Camp.
(b) Ensure employees are going on duty in time and as per duty schedule given to them. (c) Arrange/provide vehicles for various sites and ensure vehicles are going on duty in time and keep record of trip sheet. (d) Ensure to keep the accommodation & surrounding area neat and clean at all time. (e) Ensure cleaners/securities are working properly and vigilant in day& night. (f) Keep up-to-date records of employees staying in the Camp (g) Ensure uninterrupted supply of water, electricity and AC etc. (h) Ensure maintenance/repair work of the Camp within time. (i) Ensure timely disposal/removal of sewage water, Garbage etc and keep record of trip sheet/vehicle details etc. (j) Provide facilities applicable to the employees in time & as per standard of the Coy. (k) Recommend strict disciplinary action against violation of Camp discipline. (l) Coordinate with HR Department regarding new arrival, leave and cancellation of employees and other orders/instructions. (m) Room allotment to new employees and issue of initial stores to the employees. (n) Ensure timely conduct of water tank cleaning, pest control and keep record of that. (o) Checking of firefighting equipment and ensure these are in working condition and inspected/checked by concerned authorities as per time schedule. (p) Ensure kitchen is neat and clean at all time and supply of Gas without interruption and keep record of Gas consumption/refilling. (q) Keep all documents ready and up to date in all time for producing to the Inspection team of Health and Safety Department of Dubai Municipality and other various departments of Dubai Government and Senior officers from the Company. (r) Keep the Medical Room as per the standard and Instructions from Dubai Municipality and keep all medicine as authorized. (s) Provide medical assistance/first aid to employees & call ambulance on emergency. (t) Planning and implementation of improvement of Camp 2
3. 02 YEARS EXPERIENCE UNDER SAFETY AND SECURITY DEPARTMENT OF M/Y DUBAI
(CURRENTLY THE MEGA YACHT IN THE WORLD) IN "DUBAI PORT WORLD" THROUGH DSS:-
(a) Checking of In/out and keep record of location of work/visit.
(b) Issue/collection of Passes to the persons entering/going out from the Ship. (c) Checking of all area and report any abnormality to the Duty officer. (d) Assist Safety Department and ensure the work going on inside Ship is under safety. (e) Checking of vehicles/persons entering in Platinum and office and issue pass to them. (f) Ensure all are wearing PPE while on duty. (g) Work as per directions/orders from Safety and Security Department.
4. 17 years of service in various establishment/units of Indian Army.
