DEED OF ABSOLUTE DONATION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF DONATION, made and executed by the MUNICIPALITY OF PIO V.

CORPUS, MASBATE herein represented by HON. ALLAN T. LEPASANA, Municipal Mayor as
authorized under SB Resolution No. 09, Series of 2019, hereinafter called the DONOR, in favor
of the Philippine National Police (PNP) an agency of National Government created and existing
by virtue of and pursuant to R.A No. 6975, as amended by R.A. No. 8551, its National
Headquarters located at Camp Crame, Quezon City, represented herein by the PRO5 Regional
Director, PBGEN BARTOLOME R BUSTAMANTE, hereinafter referred to as the DONEE.
WITNESSETH:
That the DONOR Municipality of Pio V. Corpus is the owner of a certain portion of lot
situated at Poblacion, Pio V.Corpus, Masbate particularly described as follows:
“A portion of lot containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED (400) SQUARE METERS, bounded
on the North by Eulogio Rueras; on the South by Senen Lecciones; on the East by proposed RHU
Welness Center and on the West by Erwin Balingasa”.
Which subject lot is a portion of a land under Tax Declaration No. 0006 with an area of
1,770 square meters assessed at P1,380.00 in 2014 Revision purchased by the municipal
government from Herminia Bacalso;
And wherein such portion of land from Hermina Bacalso is a part of a land owned by
EULOGIO RUERAS under LOT 9019 in Cad 1013-D of Pio V. Corpus, Masbate having an area of
44,758 square meters with the following technical description:
line 1 – 2 N.69-10’E. 107.59 M.

line 2 – 3 S. 65-51’E. 377.30 M.
line 3 - 4 S. 75-43’W. 241.12 M.
line 4 – 5 S. 63-06’W. 28.65 M.
line 5 – 6 S. 44-33’E. 269.56 M.
That the DONEE undertakes to facilitate the programming of funds and make the said
fund available for the construction of a Standard Type “B/C” Police Station Building of the Pio V.
Corpus Municipal Police Station;
That, to ensure the continuing campaign for peace and order and efficient enforcement
of laws, the DONOR does hereby CEDE, CONVEY and TRANSFER by way of DEED OF ABSOLUTE
DONATION unto the said DONEE, the above-mentioned properly, free from all liens and
encumbrances;
That, the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect to this
donation, that it is not made to deceive its creditors and that sufficient funds and property are
property reserved;
That, the DONEE hereby accepts this ABSOLUTE DONATION of the above-described
property and expresses its gratitude for the generosity and kindness of the DONOR.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the DONOR and the DONEE have hereunto set their hands, this
