    Europe Tour Visa Requirements

    Dear Customer,

    Congratulations on booking your Europe Tour with us. As a part of visa procedure following are the details of
    documentation and process that you will have to go through to obtain the necessary visas for enjoying your tour.
    Please be noted that you should follow the below instructions in order to enable smooth processing of your
    application.

    Tour name: Classic Europe


    Countries for visa application: United Kingdom, Switzerland (Schengen Visa)

    ALL DOCUMENTS MENTIONED BELOW SHOULD BE PROVIDED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO THE TOUR DEPARTURE DATE

    PASSPORT
    Original passport valid for SIX months from the return date to India

    PHOTOGRAPHS
    Please note that specifications mentioned below should be strictly followed for easy visa processing

    - 6 photos – 35 mm width x 45 mm height


    - White background colored photo
    - Full face should be visible without sunglasses and normally without a hat or head covering
    - Face should occupy 80% of the photograph

    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
    Note:
    Documents mentioned below should be provided in Original + 3 sets of photocopies, on A4 size
    paper only, back to back print are not allowed)
    a. Schengen Visa (required for European Countries): Common documents below + updated
    bank statements will be required in photocopies

    Common Documents (same requirements for employed, retired, businessmen and housewives)

    1. Running bank pass book last 6 months (Current or Saving Account) or Bank statement with bank
    original seal with Managers signature on all pages.
    2. Income Tax Returns for last 3 years
    3. Bank Fixed Deposit (5 to 6 lacs worth)
    4. Any proof of income and savings such as postal saving certificates, Pension books, PPF books,
    NSC certificates, DMAT account statements or any such statements or books supporting the
    saving and income
    5. Real Estate Assets – Original Papers such as Index II, 7 X 12 extract, corporation property tax
    latest receipt, builder original agreement etc.
    6. Sponsorship Letter with all above mentioned documents of the sponsoring person
    (In addition to the above specific documents mentioned below should be provided as applicable)

    Employed persons –
    1. Employment/Salary certificate OR salary pay slip for last 3 months OR leave sanction letter
    2. No objection certificate from the employer in case of State or Central Government employees
    compulsory

    Self-Employed persons-

    Europe Tour Visa Requirements
    1. Company/Partnership deed, Contract agreement, Shop Act Certificate, Covering letter on letter
    head
    2. Audited balance sheet for the past 3 years
    3. Updated bank statement of firm for last 6 months

    Students-
    1. Bonafide certificate, if single student traveling to Europe Tour then NOC from parents.
    2. Sponsorship Letter from parents and sponsoring person with all above mentioned documents of
    the sponsoring person

    Single traveling ladies –


    NOC from Husband or death certificate in case of widows

    UK Visa: All travelers have to visit UK Visa office in Pune for submission of Biometrics enrolment at the

    IMPORTANT

    Please note that in case your fingers are colored with henna, bandaged, you will not be able to
    give your biometric enrolment. In such cases you will need to come and submit your application
    after the coloring, bandage has been removed.
