    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. This quotation is valid for 15 days only.


    2. The above prices are exclusive of taxes whereas solar system is exempted from any Govt.
    taxes.
    3. Warranty:
    a. 10 years solar panels replacement and 25 years performance warranty, and 5 year inverter
    warranty.
    b. Warranty will be void if product is used in Voltage ranges other than mentioned in
    the data sheet, short circuit & lightning strike or mishandled physically.
    c. In case of Warranty Claim, if product is not ex-stock then it will be claimed from the
    manufacturers and time duration will be 15 to 20 days.
    4. After sales services includes: Three free of cost system maintenance and checking visits.
    5. Payment term: 60% Advance and 40% after Installation.
    6. Once system is confirmed then it can’t be cancelled, if customer want to cancel it then 10% of
    the advance payment will be deducted.
    7. Prices are subject to change with change in Govt. policies/change in Dollar currency.
    8. Any taxes imposed on services by Govt. of Pakistan will be charged to client.
    9. Clerical & Mathematical errors are subject to correction.
