Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to look into the evolution and application of current
information technologies in tax management, as well as the modernization of tax
administrations. In particular, the article looks into Kurdistan's declaration and tax
payment systems. declaration (also known as online tax filing, tax return filing, or
filing) is a method of submitting tax returns using a computer and the internet. E-
tax payment system (also known as online tax payment system or tax lodgement
system) is an information system that allows taxpayers to pay their taxes
electronically. taxation is the general name for online tax filing and payment
systems in Kurdistan.
Integration of tax filing and tax payment systems has given the kurdish tax
administration system a new viewpoint, and it is a fresh and promising example of
how current information and communication technologies may be used in the
taxation process in Kurdistan.
The goal of the electronic tax (E-tax) payment system in the sector under
investigation is to create an online-based tax payment system that will aid in the
resolution of some of the sector's manual issues. It will also help to solve the
problem of tax payment queues, as well as improve accuracy and save time.
Introduction:
This study focused on how new information technologies are integrated in
Kurdistan’s tax management system, as well as the Kurdish tax management
system is not modernization ( automated, and it is performed mostly manually
using papers). The goal of this research is to evaluate a newly established tax
declaration and management system as well as a tax payment system that is not
accessible via an interactive internet.
There is one tax payment system in Kurdistan.when businessman or the visitor
should visit the office government and pay their payment. There is only one way
for payment.
However, it was (is) advised (recommended) that a (the)process of activation and
compliance enforcement be implemented in order to properly implement the
corporate self-assessment tax system in nations throughout the world.Every
business taxpayer is required to disclose complete information about their
company revenue, calculate the tax due, and make a voluntary payment to the
tax office under the self-assessment system.
As a result, maintaining the self-assessment system necessitates corporate bodies
adhering to certain compliance programs, which include, among other things, a
thorough examination of the taxpayer's return, routine tax audits to verify
taxpayer claims, and special investigations in cases of suspected tax evasion and
avoidance. The goal is to ensuring that the government receives the income it
requires to effectively develop the country.(what is your contribution?add some
text here about what the proposed system solves the problem of tax payment.
And mention the problem of waiting in tails and waste of time during the visit of
businessman)

Problem statement:

Taxation is the process of operating a country's tax system in terms of

revenue production from individual income and corporate profits. However,
there are several issues with taxing as a source of revenue. For sure no
one like to pay taxes but at last it is a mendatory that everyone should do,
instead of visitig 5 or 6 rooms and waiting in the long queue businessman
can done all of the official paper by their phone or PC.

Aim:
The main aim of designing this system is to satisfy the user’s nee as
follows:

 To meet the user's needs and requirements as efficiently as feasible.

 A system that is simple to use and understand.
 A system that properly processes data so that the information
recorded in the tax file database can be trusted by the user.
 To avoid duplicate payment, a system will keep adequate records on
the number of taxpayers.

 A system that can check for errors, verify them, and validate them.
Validation is the process of verifying data to ensure that it conforms to
the rules that apply to it. Verification is the process of checking
transcribing errors, whereas Validation is the process of checking
data to ensure that it conforms to the rules that apply to it.
 It will be simple to maintain and update the system.
 A system that is adaptable to changes while also preventing
unwanted users from tampering with vital files.
Objective:
 To elecit requirement the proposed implemented system by report and
questionary.
 To review an existing system which related guiding Tax payer.
 To design and implement a proposed application concerning that guided
Tax payer (using agile approach).
 To test and validate the proposed tax paying system’s functionality and
performance.

Scope:
 the target area is office government in kurdistan.
 The proposed system has two types of user which is the visitors
and the clerk of office government as admin.
 Web based and application.
 (add constraints for your system here. Mention some difficulties,
like familiarity of people to computer system. Seeking for a
reliable internet connection.cost of your project in term of
money)

Contribution:

Tax paying in every country is compulsory, there is a sufficient Tax in every

government, but this system will specify the business side. Businessman
will get benefit from that system it gonna help them to make their works
easier. And also the government will get benefit from that system, instead
of the clerk doing all the works by manual they can just add some data into
the system.( add your contribution to the system or the process here)

Organization:

The organization of the research will be follow the first chapter as shown
the brief introduction about the project and in the next chapter illustrate the
existing workers that related to the project in literature review.

In Chapter 3, the chapter describes the system design for the Online Tax
System. In Chapter 4, the chapter discusses the methodology chose for the
system development process and the software and hardware requirement
for developing the Online Tax System. Lastly, in chapter 5 discusses the
conclusion for this project which consists of summary of PSM 1
achievement and summary of PSM2 planning and implementation.

Nowadays in some of the developed country try to manage the works

by electronic system, there is so many advantage in that elctronic
process, also business has a lot of effect at financial and income
because of paying Tax, so the electronic system which guieded to the
Tax payer it will has a huge effect to make the work easier and faster.
