    Notice of Enforcement - Taking Control of Goods

    We warned you in our last letter that if you did not pay this debt we could take further action.
    As you still have not paid we have now issued this notice charging you a £100 fee which will be
    added to the amount you owe.

    Act now to avoid paying more.

    The total amount you owe now is shown above. You owe this under the terms of this notice.
    Your debt includes the above fee and the amount shown on the attached statement.

    Please pay in full now. To pay please phone 0300 200 3884 or use the details provided in the
    invoice that you have received.

    You must make separate payments for the £100 fee and the original debt. Use the reference
    on the paying in slip attached to pay the original debt and the reference at the top of this letter
    for the £100 fee. If you do not pay both amounts in full we will use what you have paid to first
    pay the fee.

    We charge interest daily so the amount you owe will increase until you pay in full.

    You need to pay within 7 days of the date of this notice. And at the latest by 5pm on the last
    day.

    If you do not pay in time we can visit your premises in order to arrange for your goods to be sold
    at auction as the law allows.
