1. What: Alleged Rape with Homicide
2. Where: At Kalye Putol, Sitio Tagbak, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City
3. When: On May 8, 2013 at about 10:00 o’clock in the morning reported to this office at
around 10:15 AM same date;
4. Who: Victim- ROSELYN ALAIN y ROBIS, 18 years old, single and a resident of Kalye
Putol, Sitio Tagbak, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City
Suspect- EDGARDO SANTIAGO y TADAS, 57 years old, married, a native of

Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan, Cagayan Valley and presently residing at Sitio
Buhanginan, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City.
Witness- JOHNRY POBLETE y DUENAS, 29 years old, Single, Taho Vendor

presently residing at Kalye Putol, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City.
5. How/Why: On the above DTPO initial investigation conducted disclosed that a

rape with homicide transpired at Kalye Putol, Sitio Tagbak, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City
wherein victim identified as ROSELYN ALAIN y ROBIS, 18 years old, single and a
resident of said place victim believed to be sexually molested and stabbed several times
by the suspect while inside her house. The victim sustained multiple stab wounds on the
different parts of her body. The victim herself was able to make statement stated that
she was stabbed by one “Tata Edgie”, after which she rushed to Antipolo Doctors
Hospital for medical treatment, but later declared dead by the attending physician.
Furthermore, based on the account of JOHNRY POBLETE who saw the crime 4
malefactor was present in the house of victim, Identified as EDGARDO SANTIAGO y
TADAS, 57 years old, married, a native of Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan,
Cagayan Valley and presently residing at Sitio Buhanginan, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo
City., CLARK ESPINOSA y RULLODA Alyas BULI,JOMAR GODOY y BRAVO alyas
SUOB, and FRONSTONE LIWALIW y CAMPILIS alyas PONKAN all resident of Brgy.
Malumot,Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan, Cagayan Valley suspects manage
to escape after the incident hence, this office conducted hot pursuit operation. This
office requested the SOCO team to conduct crime scene processing. Investigator on
case PCpl Eduard A Tena with cp no. 09433333333.

2. On March 08, 2013, at about 10:35 am Rizal SOCO Team arrived at the crime scene
and recovered the following pieces of evidence;
 Kitchen knife with markings ABW ____inches

 Latent print from door,wall and kitchen knife
3. The above pieces of evidence was brought to Rizal Crime Laboratory Office for
appropriate examination.
4. On May 8, 2013 at about 01:00 pm elements of Antipolo Police station composed of

team under the supervision of PLTCOL ALLEX B WITTY led by PCpl Alfred Bernardino
proceed to Cagayan Valley after received an information from witness JOHNRY POBLETE
that the suspects are possible in the said area a man hunt operation against the suspects
is ensued. That on May 10, 2013 at about 06:00 PM after a diligent search to look for the
where about of the suspects yielded to the arrest of of four suspects for above mentioned
offense identified as EDGARDO SANTIAGO y TADAS, 57 years old, married, a native of
Cagayan Valley and presently residing at Sitio Buhanginan, Brgy San Jose, Antipolo City,
CLARK ESPINOSA y RULLODA Alyas BULI,JOMAR GODOY y BRAVO alyas SUOB, and
FRONSTONE LIWALIW y CAMPILIS alyas PONKAN all resident of Brgy.
Malumot,Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan, Cagayan Valley.A criminal complaint for
Rape with Homicideis being prepared against the suspects before the office of the
prosecutor Antipolo City.

resident of Brgy. Malumot,Tuguegarao City, Province of Cagayan, Cagayan Valley;
3. Please be informed that on May 11, 2013 at about 04:00 PM a criminal complaint for said
offense was filled at Antipolo Prosecutors office City of Antipolo trough Honorable
Prosecutor Juan C Dela Cruz. Docketed under 2013-01-123456;
