Discuss their impact to business if everyone has this kind of values towards work.

Ningas cogon promotes inconsistency of a worker, making a good first

impression only. Colonial and crab mentality is not able to maintain healthy outlooks
and relationships with coworkers. Jackpot makes a person exhibit a lack of will to work
and a complete reliance of luck; it is also bad for the salary they will take home. Tsamba
lang inhibits the positive development of self-esteem of the employee, which can lead to
a reliance on luck exclusively. Padrino and Utang na loob system promotes nepotism
and putting the wrong people on the job. Manana and Bahala na pushes towards
procrastination and lack of actual work to be done.
