    J COMPONENT PROJECT

    PROJECT TITLE: LEARNING INDIAN ROAD CONGRESS (IRC) CODE


    BOOKS AND DETAILED PROJECT REPORTS (DPR) RELATED TO
    TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING

    You will be given selected IRC code books and DPRs related to transportation
    engineering course. By studying the code book, you will learn the standards that
    we follow for design and construction of highways in India. By looking into the
    DPR, you will understand practically how to conduct surveys, forecast future
    traffic and design the highway as per standards.

    You have to study well the code book or DPR allotted to you and come prepared
    for the reviews. Finally, a 20-page report need to be prepared covering only the
    essential things and need to be uploaded.
    First review (Questions from first 50% of the report): 04-11-2021
    Second review (Questions from remaining 50% of the report): 02-12-2021
    Third review (Report submission): Before 10-12-2021
