10.3 Caution of Ground
The internal motor protector does not protect the compressor against all possible
conditions. Please be sure that the system utilizes the ground connection when installed in the
field.
10.4 Warning:
To avoid fire, electric shock and other accidents, keep in mind about these tips:
10.4.1.Only use power supply voltage indicated on the label, if you do not know the family of
voltage, contact the dealer or local power company.
10.4.2.When you use the unit by the maximum current please view the specifications, so make sure
your home's power supply (current, voltage and cable) to meet the machine's normal load
Requirements.
10.4.3.To protect the power lines. Power lines should be fixed, so that people will not be trip over or
the lines damaged by other things. Paying particular attention to plugs, which should be easily
plug into the socket, careful the plug position.
10.4.4.Do not overload wall plugs or extension the cable. Line overload can cause fire or electric
shock.
10.4.5.To ensure your safety, you must plug the power lines into the socket with a grounded
three-phase, and check to ensure your socket is accurate and reliable grounding.

11.Trial operation(should be operated by professionals)
11.1 Check to confirm the correct installation of all the spare parts on the water piping
system of the hot water side and water supply side, and the connection of heat pump unit,
water tank, terminal equipments and piping. Check to confirm the proper water-supply of
the replenishing water pipe on the hot water side and water supply side, and the installation
of all the spare parts on the replenishing port such as pressure reducing valve, check valve
and filter.
11.2 Turn on the valve of the replenishing port on hot water side and water supply side, the
valve of circulating inlet and outlet, the valve of supply and return water for the mail pipes,
the valve of branch pipes for each floor, the valve of water inlet and outlet for the terminal
equipments. Fill the water tank on the hot water side, and the heat collecting system and
connecting pipes on the water supply side with water. Check to confirm all those valves that
should be opened, and all those should be closed. And check to confirm the completion of
the pipe insulation.
11.3 Turn on the vent valve and hot water valve. Turn off these two valves after the
confirmation of the discharge the air in the pipes.
10.4 Check to confirm that the power supply is the same as the one required on the nameplate.
11.5 Check to confirm the proper connection of all the power supply and control circuits
according the the wiring diagram. Check to confirm that all the cable terminals and ground
electrode are fixed. Check to confirm the proper connection of the high and low water level
of the water tank.
11.6 Independent functioning test of the circulating pump on the hot water side and water
supply side. First of all, switch on the power of heat pump unit, start the circulating pump
manually, turn on the vent valve again, discharge the residual air in the pipes, then observe
and listen quietly to the running of the water pump to see if the circulating water volume is
normal. Stop the circulating pump until the circulating system is working properly.
11.7 The operation of the remote controller. Select the running mode of the heat pump and
set the temperature, then return to the main page of remote controller, press button the
turn on the unit.
11.8 When the unit is working normally, judge by hearing to see if there's any abnormal
sound. If so, cut the power to check the unit. If there's no abnormal sound, then keep the
unit running while checking to see if the high and low pressure is normal.

scheme is very suitable for large.Unit can be 1 day according to their demand is divided into four
different periods, and four times set water temperature can be set up.Parameters L9 to L12 for time

Parameters set to 9:00, L11 time L15 set water temperature 30 ℃.
Parameters set to 17:00, L12 time L14 set water temperature of 40 ℃.
So when the clock line drive controller in 23:00, unit set water temperature automatically to

2.Note
1.1 Check whether the exhaust equipment is normal. Avoid cutting of the water supply and or air entering
into the system, or it will influence the performance and reliability of the unit. The water filter should
be cleaned regularly. Keep the water clean in case of any damage to the unit due to filter's dirty and jam.
1.2 Keep the unit environment dry, clean and well ventilation. Clean the side air exchanger regularly(once
per1-2 months) in order to maintain high exchange efficiency and save energy.
1.3 Often check the performance of all the parts in the unit. Check whether the working pressure of the
refrigerant system is normal. Repair and change the parts timely if there's any abnormity.
1.4 Often check whether the wiring of the power and electric system is tightened and or electric parts
perform abnormally or smells. Repair and change the parts timely if there's any abnormity.
1.5 Care the unit if the unit stops for a long time. Discharge all the water in the pump and throughout the
pipe route in case breakdown to the water pump and pipe caused by frost and freeze. Discharge the
water from the water pump and tube exchange Button drain. Check the unit thoroughly and flood
water into the system before the unit power on again.
1.6 To check the operation of every process in the unit, the operation pressure of the refrigerant system.
You should maintain or change it in time.
1.7 To check the power supply and cable connection often, there is abnormal action or bad smell about
the electrical component. If there is, please maintain or change it in time.
