I, Mudurukolla Chinna Saraiah, S/o Kondaiah, Age: 55 years, Occ: Business,


R/o Chennaraopet, Warangal District, do here by solemnly affirm and state on oath as
follows:

1. I am the third party, father of the petitioner of the above and being the Paternal
Grand Father to the wards in the above O.P. I am their nearest relative and I know the
parties to the petitioner and as such I am well acquainted the facts and circumstances
of the case.

2. I submit that the Petitioner is husband of Lalitha who is the daughter of


Respondent and the wards herein are their children of petitioner and the Respondent
is the maternal grandfather of the wards.

3. It is submitted the petitioner is fit person to act as a guardian to the wards


as he being the father natural guardian.

4. It is further submitted that the Respondent has neither the capacity nor the
willingness to look after the welfare of the wards and the petitioner is having capacity
and willingness to look after the welfare of the wards and he has no interest adverse to
the interest of the wards and there are no properties standing in the name of the
wards also
The above said facts are true and correct to the best of our knowledge and belief.
