time . this servive can either be done off-site or at your establishment. A contract often states ways to
determine if quality of work deliverd is accptable. Well-written contracts usually provide ways to resolve
problems like these when they happen. Before engaging in a contract , both parties should thik carefully , as
they will have to abide by the conditions specified in it. A contract usually specifies how the two parties cancel it

Do you think we will ever resolve our difficulties with the computer company? They keep charging us for extra
service that they haven’t provided.

They’ve assured me several times that they will correct our bills , but they haven’t done it yet.
Last month they charged us for repair service that we never ordered. May be we should cancel their services
new and find another provider.

No, we signed an agreement to use their services for only a year. There’s just two months left on that contract,
then we can sign a different company.

The last provision in the contract states that if either party determines it is his best interest to cancel the
contract, he is obligated to inform the other immediately of his intention. If tou both agree , we can specify that
the cancelling party must communicate his intent at least thirty days prior to cancellation. All the rest seems to
be in order. I can have my assistant write up the agreement and have it ready for the two of you to sign at the
end of the week.
