Area VII: STUDENT SERVICES

GRADUATE SCHOOL
Recommendations Remarks
1. All activities dine by the graduate school should COMPLIED
be properly documented and exhibited to
indicate clearly its involvement in the institution.
2. Services for students should be evaluated every COMPLIED
end of the school year, to serve as a reference for
their continuous improvement
3. The guidance and counselling department should COMPLIED
have its testing materials for personality and
diagnostic test to be used for admission of
students
4. The guidance and counselling department should COMPLIED
be provided a printer for use in printing
confidential documents like the results of
personality test and other tests being
administered to students
5. The clinic should upgrade its equipment, ON GOING
particularly the dental chair to provide proper
services to students.
6. The academic policies, specifically the grading COMPLIED
system should be reviewed to ensure uniformity
of policies for all the subjects.

EDUCATION
Recommendations Remarks
1. Recommendations given by the researchers COMPLIED
should be used to implement change or improve
the policies and regulations regarding the
students services.
2. The results of the tests administered to students ON GOING
by the Guidance and Testing Office should be
given to faculty members for them to use and to
address the needs and problems of students.

research studies using the data on students and
use the findings to help the students I their needs
and to improve the programs and policies of the
school

be evaluated regularly. Results of the evaluation
should be presented to the appropriate managers

scheme should be developed to ensure that the
concerns of students would be properly
addressed.
6. The school should prepare a general manual of ON GOING
operations for student services, which would
contain the organization, services offered,
policies and procedures governing the
implementation of the different programs and
activities of students.
7. The career placement for students should be COMPLIED
intensified by searching for and establishing
partnership with the industry.
8. An alumni office and coordinator should be COMPLIED
established to prepare plans and programs that
would encourage the active participation of
alumni in the various social and academic
improvement activities of the school.
9. Provision on anti-bullying should be reflected in COMPLIED
the list of offenses in the Student Handbook for
the guidance of students.
10. A formal referral system, in which faculty COMPLIED
members could refer students who needed
guidance or disciplinary action, should be
adopted, to ensure that immediate measures
could be implemented to address the needs of
students.

services should be publicized well like in the
Student Handbook and other brochures to make
